Writing task 2

Being monotonous without changing habits and routines is preferred by several individuals as opposed to some that admire changes during their life. In my opinion, I think it is fundamental being flexible and able to adapt to situations even if changing is needed.

On the one hand, repeating actions and spending life by doing always similar things can be safer and emotionally stable. For instance, it gives the chance to enjoy habitual events with family and friends without being worried of unexpected situations that could rise fear. Moreover, people often predilige to do the same thing because it is much easier than exposing themselves out of their comfort zone.

On the other hand, this habit could lead into depression and chronical inactivity. In other words, doing the same things can take people's mind towards an alterate mental state characterised by lacking of creative stimulus. Furthermore, it can be said that this condition can definitely reach an unmutable stage if its presence is taken in consideration within the long period.

Finally, in my opinion people should be trained to adapt theirselves in unpredictable situation. In order to do so, I believe that a travelling culture should be deeply transmitted throughout the aid of educational institutions and organizations. In particular, it has to be highlighted the main potentiality of travelling which is better known as environmental and contextual adaptability.

To conclude, doing always the same things can be a good habit in certain situations but, more in general, people should develop specific soft skills that could direct them towards an healthier life.
