This chart displays a side-by-side comparison between give global mobile phone brands (Samsung, Apple, Nokia, LG, and ZTE) and their respective sales in the years 2009, 2011, and 2013. The data is presented in a bar graph, with each brand on the x-axis and the sales on the y-axis, with each year represented by three different colors. From this chart, it is evident to see that some brands such as Nokia and Samsung had their peak years where sales increased/decreased drastically, while others like ZTE have remained relatively constant. According to this chart, in 2009, the brand that had the highest number of sales was Nokia, with around 440 sales, and the lowest number of sales were of the brand Apple, with just 25. After two years, even though Nokia faced a decline, it still managed to remain in top position with around 420 sales. ZTE, not managing much increase in sales over the 4 years, was again at the lowest rank in 2011, at just above 50 sales. In 2013, we see a major shift in brand ranking. While Nokia unfortunately decreased in sales from 420 to 250 in the two years, Samsung managed to build their growth and took the spot of the highest sales, at 450 sales in the year, increasing by nearly 150 sales from 2011. The lowest brand in 2013 was, again, ZTE, which only got around 60 sales.
From this chart, it is evident that Samsung had its peak increase during 2013, whereas Nokie had its peak decrease that year. Other companies such as ZTE and Apple were making growth, however not as significant. LG was the only company which had a declining trend in the duration of the four years.

Change, a concept that is not known to many. Some people have not experienced change, living in the same city for all of their life, around the same friends, living the same experiences. On the other hand, some people experience change so much that it begins to frustrate them, not having a stable life, stable friends, always having to move countries.
Doing the same things on the daily and not exposing yourself to change is a concept which a lot of people worldwide live by. They have their fixed routine, no room for error or mishaps. They wake up everyday without having to constantly worry about their surroundings changing, they get to wake up see the same people build those same relationships, that at times become the most valuable ones in their life. These people get to appreciate their life by living it the same every day, as it's the life they are happy with.
On the other hand, some people actively seek for a change in their life. They make spontaneous decisions regarding their work, life, relations, and experiences, such as booking an immediate vacation, or moving countries as a whole. Some people feel so trapped in their routinely life, it starts to bore them. While to one person being around the same people, places, and experiences may be the best thing, to others it's suffocating. It starts to suffocate their freedom, their new experiences, their life. These people actively look for change, and greet it with welcome arms when it comes. They see it in the perspective of having the freedom to rebrand themselves with every change in their life, a way to start over fresh and the best possible version of them.
In my opinion, I think change is necessary in life. Whether it's good or bad, change is what helps you grow as a person, and learn vital life skills. I have experienced a lot of change in my life, experienced different cultures, different people, different lifestyles, and all I can say is that I'm so grateful for this opportunity being given to me. I have lived in 5 countries within 17 years, and I have left each country with valuable experiences and unforgettable memories. While some places didn't suit me, I learned how to appreciate what I did have at that time. Friends, family, education, all of it becomes so valuable when you have to constantly move. Some places I wished I could stay longer in, some people I wish I could stay longer with. But with each change that I have encountered in my life, one thing I can gurantee is that it's helped me grow and mature as my own person. I started to understand certain things that I hadn't realised before, due to new experiences and a new outlook on life.
In conclusion, I think change is a necessary contribution in anyone's life as while having that stability of your surroundings can bring a sense of peace, being exposed to different cultures and lifestyles is just as important. It not only helps the person grow, but also serves as a reality check and helps you value the 'constants' in your life much more.
