Write a report for a university, lecturer describing the information shown below.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.

The previously displayed graph intends to depict the market's tendencies according to the global sales of five different mobile phone brands: Samsung, Apple, Nokia, and ZTE; and make a comparison between the year 2009, 2011, and 2013.
There are two ways of analyzing the chart; the first one is by exposing those brands who have had an increment in sales and the latter, those who have become less popular when talking about the consumers' final purchase decision.
As we can see, Samsung has been the favorite brand from the begining, and has also had a consistent increment in sales. Following with the brands that have had sales increments is Apple. The company has experienced a consistent growth making placing it between the three favorites by the year 2013.
On the other side, we can see a dramatic decrease of sales for the brand that used to be at the top of the competitors in 2009: Nokia. The two remaining brands are LG and STE which have stayed at the bottom of the list whith notable sales losses.
It can be concluded that Samsung will keep rising its sales and maintain its place as the biggest competitor, but also Apple will continue to grow in popularity and be in the top-of-mind of the consumers. The other three companies will gradually disappear from the market if they follow their current sales tendecy.

Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing.

You should write at least 250 words.

"The only constant thing in life is change".
I wish I could quote the previous phrase appropriately, but I have forgotten the author's name, nevertheless, I believe there is wisdom in these words.
Personally, I consider there is a silent debate revolving around change and stability. Some might perceive change as a threat or a risk, while others might think of it as the drive that pushes life forward. In the other hand, stability might be the worst nightmare for a certain type of person, or it can be the perfect definition of a safe place to somebody else. But I consider this debate leads us nowhere; what should be discussed is how to incorporate both sides in one single realm.
I have lived a great amount of changes in my life. I relocated five times within Mexico –three of them in only one year which also led to making me bocome the "newbie" at school twice in a span of 7 months. This might sound horrible, but looking back, these changes did more good than harm to my persona, and all because these new experiences were accompanied by some personal constants: family and love.
In my own experience, shifting is just another shape of growth. It drags you out of the confort zone, it is knowledge, inspiration, and new input; but it can be useless if it does not have an anchor to rely on. Stability supports change and allows us to keep our feet on the ground and to think with a straight mind.
We could say the actual risk is in the excess of one or the other. Stiking to stubborn routines prevents us from learning and experiencing life, while always hopping to the next "adventure" does not allow us to commit to people or projects.
In a few words, I can say I believe in a utopia regarding this topic. There should not be a debate between which side is the right one, but more of a round table where both perspectives live together in harmony.
