The sales data of mobile phone brands is visualized in the given bar chart regarding the years 2009, 2011, and 2013.
Overall, it is obvious from the bar chart that two of the given brand categories have dominating sales figures. The remaining three categories: Apple, LG, and ZTE have rather lower market share in the years between 2009 and 2013.
Getting to the details, two phone marks having the highest sales figures that I have mentioned before are Samsung and Nokia with the values in the range of roughly 250 and 450 in the increasing trend and roughly 450 and 250 in the decreasing trend respectively.
On the other hand, the market share of Apple and LG had abrupt changes within the given years with the figures of Apple being increased to 150 and LG being decreased to about 50. The sales of the top fifth brand ZTE had rather steady trend with the figure of 50.
Task 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Write about the following topic.
Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
You should write at least 250 words.

Nowadays, the idea that changing lives and doing different things is a source of controversy. While some people think that it is better to stick with the same things and to live monotonous lives others hold the idea of trying new things and being open to changes.
On the one hand, looking from the those people's point of view who are against change, the obvious reason for being inactive is that such activities like trying new things can sometimes be risky. For example, one can take a risk by purchasing a food product that had never tasted before and not like it which can cost him/her loss of money and time. No matter being risk-averse sounds like a solid plan when applied to health and safety decisions for not putting people in danger.
On the other hand, those people who are against steady life more often than not like the adventure connected with trying new activities. In terms of recreational activities, these kinds of people mostly dreaming of things that can put them in danger like parachuting, bungee jumping, skydiving, and even scuba diving which can help them to be energized, and live a colorful life at the same time. They can take the advantage of getting out of their comfort zone and exploring their limits.
To conclude, while one portion of the population believes that it is safe to live an unchanged life because of the risks I have mentioned before, many others think it is better to make their lives more enjoyable and adventurous by being open to change.
