"Change is always constant" is the most attractive phrase we get to hear in our daily lives.
Sometimes a small change can also make big impact on our life.
In order to learn and grow, one has to come out of the comfort zone, adapt new things, accept the change and make yourself preapred to work and progress in it.
Being in the comfort zone and avoiding change can be good for the short-run but if we look at the bigger and long tern picture than it is degrading our life and personality in a negative manner. It hampers the person to try something new, accept the little changes making him/her stubborn and also at times hampers the flexibility to adjust in different surroundings and circumstances.
However, if the change happens in the life personally or professionally it is making the life more exciting as well as exploring. Some changes might result in bad results but those bad results also opens the path of improvement and finding out ways to make it good.
It helps in the personality development, enriches experience and helps to become a more wiser and mature person.
A failed experiment also carries a beautiful experience with itself and teaching the norms of not to repeat it in the same manner and do the things in right propertion just like the practical chemistry experiments to take thing in correct ratio in order to get correct result.Hence its always preferable to accept the change and make yourself more vulnerable to handle it in correct manner.
