The given line graph illustrates the number of international and local students admitted into an Australian university from 2001 to 2010.

Overall, the most striking feature that can be easily noticed is that many local residents have enrolled in the university than overseas citizens. In both the graphs, applying for the university is at great height when compared with the trend students got admitted into the school.

In 2001 more native citizens applied to the college(approximately, 400000), but only less students got selected ( below 200000)in that univesrtiy. However, the students applying for the college rise steadly reaching a peak above 600000 in 2007 and which is followed by a flat number for the rest of the given period. The students got into school wintnessed a erratic flow reaching a 200000 in the final year.

Information regarding international students, in the beginning of the period, 200000 students applied for the Australian school. However, there was a steady increase in applying for the educational centre. The international student getting admitted into their applied schools began to escalate slowly until 2009 with 400000 students which eventually stablized for the year 2010.

In this modern period, playing international sports is becoming popular in every country around the globe. Many believe that conducting sporting events internationally could have better benefits for their nation while others think that its an worse idea. This essay will discuss the both sides of the argument along with my personal opinion about it.

To begin with, hosting international sports event can make a country very famous. This will make citizens of the foreign nation to visit their country. Besides, it would create new employment oppurtunities and boost national economy. New stadiums will be built and sporting activites will become popular on thier nation and soon more public will be involved in sporting activites. For instance, we all know that winter olympics that took place at the Glascow made its country, the Switzerland very popular eventhough it is one of the famous destinations for many.

Regarding other views about its disadvantages. The government of the nation will impose heavy tax if they conduct any international concerts or events in their country. Furthermore, this might affect people who are living in that nation. Many trees will be taken down for constructing gigantic enormous stadiums around their country. Moreover, this would lead to even heavy traffic congestion. For example, let's take Qatar. For 2022 FIFA, the country built more than 22 stadiums in past ten years. They have destroyed many trees and rare plants that are grown only in gulf countries. This have impacted global warming and reduced oxygen level in gulf countries.

In conclusion, I personally believe that eventhough hosting international sporting events has many advantages its drabacks outweighs its benefits.
