The graph gives us information about Australian and non-Australian students who studied in Australian universities between 2001 and 2010.

Overall, it is clear that the total number of students from outside Australia was increasing over the given period, while Australian students' number was unstable. In addition, commencing students had been significently risen for the 10 years.

Overseas students in Australia were almost 10000 students in 2001, and they became more than 4 multiples by 2010, nearly 40000 students. However, there was a little change in the number of national students over the same period; for instance, they were more than 150000 students in 2001, after that they were almost 200000 students.

In terms of the total number of non-Australian students, there was a dramatical rise over that period (from 20000 to 80000 respectively). In the other hand, local students had increased by 1.5 times from 400000 to 600000 students from years 2001 to 2010.

Nowadays, countries are trying to host different global sports events. However, there are two minds about those events; some people see that they are important for many reasons, but a lot of them think that they are not necessary. This essay will discuss the two views and gives some reasons and examples about that.

Countries around the world need to be modern and famous by many ways. one of these methods is letting sports events to occur on their lands. Most of people who live in these countries agree with that, because like those events affect positively on the general economy of the nation. For example, when any area host the football world cup, there will be a lot of audience come to observe matchs. consequently, they will need to stay in hotels, eat, drink and pay for several services. If the country lose the honor of hosting huge events, they will not get a large amount of income. So, that was the importance of hosting sports events.

In the other hand, a lot of prople think that hosting international sports events is too bad, because of the cost of preparing for those events; therefore, that will affect negatively on the outcome. For instance, to host events you need to build a suitable infrastructure; such as playgrounds, stadiums, highways, hotels and markets. You need to inhance the ability of the iternet also.

To conclude, people views divide into two different ones; some of them say that it is good to host sports events and the others see that it is not good. In my opinion, hosting sports events is extremely important to the country to be developed.
