The number of people renting socially come after that which is around 20%. The next two amount is represented by the people on private renting and social renting respectively.
Moving to the pie chart of 2007, we can see there are 27 million homes in 2007. Similar to the former chart, the number of people owning home dominates this chart, but with more percentage. On the other hand, the percentage of people live on social renting is around 20% and decreases as compared to the earlier chart. Private renting percentage remains almost same to the former chart. In some countries people spend long hours at work. Why does this happen? Is it positive or negative development
You should write at least 250 words.
Working period in some countries is very much hectic since the employers spend a major amount of time in their workplace. In my opinion, the practice is rather stressful than a development.
In many countries, the workers normally spend 8 hours per day in office. The trend is common and accepted by famous companies all over the world. In this method, the workers can show a decent office performance and later they get sufficient time to spend at home with family. Unfortunately, some countries in the world don't follow this tradition. Instead, they exploit the workers for much more period than the standard time. Hence, sometimes they have to perform overtime. In addition, some of them go to office six days in a week. Even if the employees claim that the extra works come in handy for the workers and help them grow, no working people will agree with the fact for sure.
Firstly, every person has a certain energy level to perform official duties. When anyone works all day long beyond that level, he faces a massive amount of physical and mental disturbance. Many feel exhausted and suffer from tiredness. As a result, that can bring a negative impact on their personal and family life.
Moreover, performing overtime also causes the degradation of work efficiency. Human brain maintains a certain rule. If anyone's job put pressure on the brain by constantly working for hours, the brain starts to drain. For this reason, progress at work gets hampered and the person may fail to show own potential in office.
To summarize, everything has a limit on earth. Working period of people who do job is no exception. So it is always recommended to maintain a standard office time rather than employing people to spend long hours at work.
