The role in the environmental problem is nowaday a widely debate. The cooperation from each entity of our society can improve this problem eventually. Personnally, I do not agree that merely the big sectors such as governments, or large private companies take the important role. I will explain why in this essay.

Firstly, the number of the individuals outweights the number of those big sectors without doubt. Actually, all of policies issued by such sectors are performed by the individuals mostly. All manpower under the government authorities or private companies initially come from the normal people. Secondly, the actions from the individual part is significant more than everyone can imagine. The individuals can give their supports by various method. For instance, reducing the utilisation of one-time goods, or using more public transportation. Both examples significantly decrease the pollution presently. Ultimately, the individuals are the entity who reflect the current environmental situation back to the governments, and large companies in their own country. Sometimes, they provide a solution for each environmental problem affecting their life. Doubtless, this individual sectors is a major part of improving the current environmental situation nowadays.

Nonethesless, I do appreciate that some people have the opposing opinion. They claim that major problems of the environment are caused by the individuals. Governments and big companies are the entities which provide the suitable plans curing these problems. I quite feel that such viewpoint is unwise and not thorough enough by considering the major root causes that mostly occurred by the corruption and frauds of such those entities.

In conclusion, I do not agree with the statement. I, personnally, believe that the individuals is still the most important role for solving the environmental issue. Nonetheless, the governments and big private companies must cooperate with them, and vice versa.
