The bar chart below describes some changes about the percentage of people were born in Australia and who were born outside Australia living in urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart shows different between 1995 and 2010, the pecentage of people who born in Australia and who were born outside Australia liviing in urban, rural and town area.
To begin with people who born in Australia in 1995, 50 percent of them were born in the cities. ,20 percent born in tows and 30 pecent born in rural areas. In 2010 the number of people who born in the cities increase to 70 percent, but for tows and rurals areas are decrease to15 percent.
In contrast, People who born outside Australia in 1995, 60 percent of them were born in the cities, 10 percent were born in tows and 40 percent were born in rural areas. In 2010 the amout of people who born in cities rises up for about 20 percent form 1995. The percentage of people who born in towns were the same as 1995. However people who born in rura areas were dropped about 30 percent from 1995.

You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
