The graph ilustrates the information about proportions of men and woman employment in five different category at the year of 1975. Overall, the highest amount of employment occured in non-defense public sector for men while the least women employed in public sector(defence).

In the year year of 1975, almost 200 woman occupied in the manufacturing sector while the occupation numbers of men is almost tripled. Only a 200 freedonian women employed in communation industry and men numbers were slightly above compared the woman. Working women amounts in Finance/banking industry comprises just below one fifth of the graph while the men comprises the two fifth throughout.

It can be seen that high amount of women and men are working in the wholesale and retail trade industry at 450 and 650 respectively. Majority of people prefered to be labored in non-defense public sector with almost 620 women and 820 men. Defence sector is the least chosen unit for women as the numbers are lower than 100 and men numbers are just above 200.

Nowadays some believes that people working in the entertainment sector are earning enormous amount of money. I agree with the statement that entertainers are strangely well-paid because of popularity they receive in the society. However, there are other type of profession needs to be added in the highly paid sector. Such as, doctors should be paid well due to their beneficial assist through the humanity improvement.

In the modern era, thanks to the technology, each individual able to watch movie at home with their family and we all interested with the movie star's current life. It is well known that, the movie stars or musicians are mainly earning avarage person's all-life earnings with producing a movie or pusblishing only one album. How much they put into their work is debatable but perhaps they do something different than normal people. The popularity brings more attetion to the celebrities life and it increases their earnings. Such as, well known musician would have sell more album than an average bar singer.

On the other hand, majority of people go to work to pay their expenses or to fulfill their dreams. In this regards, each individual have to work but, not all the professions rewarded good enough for their work. It is proven that, the doctors are the most busiest people in everywhere in the world and most doctors are working almost 60 hours a week. Doctor's help to the community is undeniable and how crucial to reward the individuals in all the hospitality sector. Recently New York times publised an article stating that, the beginner doctor's wage should be increase by 15 percent otherwise, the enrollment percentage of the medicine studies will sharply decrease. Because, most of the students in the USA are likely to drop out their study due to the unsatisfied earnings of the sector.

In conclusion, in the modern world entertainers making more money than doctors and it is seem to be acceptable in the society as authorities haven't implemented any wage regulation towards the entertainment sector.
