The flow chart demonstrates how badly the act of deforestation affect the environment. In general, there are two most severe consequences of clear cutting of forests, which are flooding and reduction of biodiversity. First and foremost, the act of cutting down trees will lead to soil eroisons, lack of natural food sources for animal species, and increasing drought. As a result, the unbalance between species, including animals and their food sources, will destroy the biodiversity. Secondly, since hard and destructive devices are used duringthe process of deforestation will ruin the soil quality. Consequently, the soil becomes unable to hold the water when heavy rains come, which will lead to frightening flood.

In many workplaces, online communication is getting more common than meeting face to face. Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages?

There are numerous people nowsaday experience and advocate the use of online communication tools at workplaces. With the development of new technology and online systems, online products have added more convenient and effective ways of communication to the working life of modern workers. Despite the outstanding benefits of these tools, without appropriate utility, they sometimes backfire the users because of some disadvantages.
First, although they help save time of travelling as well as space of establishing meetings, online communication may be the roots of miscommunication or misled information. Unlike joining meeting in person, people hardly witness the real contents, materials, or objects through the screen. This circumstance leads to the fact that they may misunderstand each other's point of view during online discussions. As a consequence, this may lead to a terrible outcome during their working processes.
Second, as they are highly dependent on the Internet connection, communicating through online tools and apps may be delayed due to the unstable Internet broadband. For example, while there is an urgent online meeting, suddenly there is a blackout, which frequently happens in some developing areas. Therefore, the meeting has to be postponed and the urgent problem will remained unsolved. As a result, the work productivity and efficiency may be unexpectedly reduced.
However, today, newly developed apps are fixing the disadvantages and fulfilling expectations of their users, online communication has eventually improved. Furthermore, numberous office workers take efforts to improve their skills of using these tools in the communication. If well-equipped and used smartly, these modern communication tools can still be helpful assistants of office workers.
