The bar chart below describes some changes about the percentage of people were born in Australia and who were born outside Australia living in urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart displays differentiation of the percentage of population born in Australia and others who born outside Australian dwelling in 3 different environments: urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010. To sum up, both people were born in Australia and who were born outside had similar trend. The increase in people living in cities was significantly observed; on the other hand, the number of populations who lived towns and rural areas suffered a dramatic decline.
In 1995, most people lived in cities in both group of population but with varying percentage at 50 and 60 percent for who born in and outside Australia respectively. Living in rurals area was the second highest proportion; 40 percent of people who outside lived in this sector while citizens who born in Australian were around 30. When compare between 1995 and 2010, the populations living rural areas suffered highest degree of decrease espacially for people who born outside Australia that drop from 40 to around 5 percent.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, poor coutries is often recieved assistance from developed nation in form money. Nonetheless, the poverty is still unsolved. Some people then suggests that alternative ways of supporting rather than financial aid. In favor of proposal, I admit that money plays a crucial in country development. However, in undeveloped country where corruption problems still a controversial topic, giving money is an ineffective solution to national development. Huge amount of money will end in politician pocket and use them of their own sake or family rather than for wealth of nation resulting in poverty of the population and recession in the economic sector. For instance, United States donated about 20 billion to some undeveloped countries, however, it only helped people solve the problem unsustainable. After two months, they continued poorly.
Furthermore, various kind of assistance such as healthcare and education system is the better solution. This supporting has more long-term effect not only in better quality of life but also for overall in terms of progress. To illustate, if the younger generation has a great education and everyone has access to proper medical treatment and hospitality, unemployment will be reduced and individuals will be less likely to engage in illegal activities.
