From 1995 to 2010 one thing is clear that population in cities is mucc more than rural and towns. Firstly, in 1995 if we compare people who born in Australia and outside of Australia , the population in cities outnumbers the people who were born in rural areas or towns. And another intresting fact is that people who were born outsid of Australia was higher in percentage than the people who were porn in Australia and not to mention that too in cities. And least amount of people were born in rural areas and towns which make sense adn only natural but even in 2010 it is the same case that people who were born in was much more in number in cites but outside of Australia and but there significant change in the numbers of people who born in towns or rural areas in 2010. I mean people who were born australia in towns and rural areas is same but otuside of Australia its not.

To great extent I agree with the concern which has been shown in question. And I believe most of the time money usually is given as loan to the poorer countries and that money get involve with curruption as well only a portion of money is used for development but the rest of the amount is either used for the entertainment of the army heads , politicians and police as well so instead of giving money to the poorer countries its to help them in other ways so they can finally take breath and enjoy the devlopment so they type help can be the construction of the roads,hospitals,school, and builindings by the foreign companies who will do the greenfield investment in the country to make them better also attracting locals for jobs and bringing properity to the economy of the poorer country whatsover that will not fix the problem, that is only a part of the poverty will be fixed .the main problem is the poeple of poorer countries are not aware of fact how world is movng fast with more and more developments and new technologies day by day so rather giving them just money , I believe we should also educate them and make them aware of the fact how world is working, how a developed country system works and make them impiliment in that particular poor country to help achieve the best things for them. These are just small steps but actually implimenting can very difficult and a long term goal.
