The bar chart below describes some changes about the percentage of people were born in Australia and who were born outside Australia living in urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010.

The bar chart illustreates data on average percentage of people born in cities, rural and town in australian and outside australia in 1995 and 2010. compared with both years, only city's population were growth slightly .
Overall, most of Ausi citizen were migrated for the cities in between 15 years as well as overseas people.
To begin, As far as, 1995 is concerned, city population is the highest rate in compared with other two area both Australia and outside Australia. followed by rural area were the seconed highest rate in both in and out Ausi which is stand by 30% and 40% respectively. other remainder goes to town and it was the less percentage of people born area but australian town popultion were high more than outside countries.
However, By the year in 2010, it can seen significant difference between both inside and outside Australia. people who born in cities were increased by 15% as Ausi citizen. In overseas, it rose by a fifth. Moreover, people in towns and rural area percentage was dropped slightly while thoses areas percenatge were steady in given year which make up 18%. another compulsory change was in rural area people percentage decreased dramatically in outside Australia by 35%.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, povety is a one of huge issue around the world and developed countries can contribute in different ways to poor countries away this problem. i agree with this statement because provide job market and ensure education systems are the most affordable helps to build country as a developed.
To begin,The main reason for povety is unemployement rate. Rich countries can provide better job market in developing countries as pooling their resourses and funding in different industries such as construction, engineering and type of projects. From this, the mainly impact for the employement rate because several job opportunities created. people can easily contribute for this. when developed countries funding in industries, money is automatically push on to the country. As a example, in Sri Lanka, The port city project is given more than 100,000 jobs for people and there main investors from China, America and India.
Furthermore, Another huge advantage is establish Education system. Education is a good solution for povety. when education is developed their are plenty pf convenience take in to country. intellectual people is a valuble thing for every nation such as gold medal. Morover, from this countries will be able to make inovations, technological development as well as globalization. Also education is increased earning and it directly impact for country's GDP rate. as a example, Australia, Canada,
ukand USA are now beign to start thier high rank universities in developing countries to keep people education in high standad.
as a concequence, rich countries can dirrectly influence poor countries away from povety.
