The chart shows the proportion of people we born inside and outside Australia living in urban, rural and town in 15 years from 1995 and 2010.

In general, most of both people born in Australia and people who born outside Australia are prefer to live in the cities and it significantly increased about 20% from year 1995 to year 2010. Meanwhile, the people live in towns and rural areas decreased a lot from year 1995 to 2010, especially is the percent of people live in rural areas which decreased 15% with people born inside Australia and from 40% in 1995 to just about 5% in 2010 with people born outside Australia.

While there is a significant move from rural areas to cities of both people born inside and outside Australia, the proportion of people live in towns just have a slightly change from year 1995 to 2010 and nearly equal between people born inside and outside Australia. The proportion of people live in towns with people born in Australia just decreased 5% in 15 years while this proportion with people born outside Australia is just about 3%.

In conclusion, in 15 years, both people born inside and outside Australia are prefer to live in cities than other areas, while there is still have a small number of both people born inside and outside Australia want to live in towns.

In my personal view, I totally agree wih the opinion that developed countries should not only help developing countries by money but also other methods to solve their destitution.

Financial aid is limited and just help poor countries solve the temporary poverty in their country. For example, developed countries usually help poor countries with official development assistance (ODA), which defined as goverment aid that promotes and specifically targets to economic development and welfare of developing countries. Beside of ODA, the developed goverments also spend billions of dollars with worldwide organizations like WHO, FAO, UN, ... to helps poor countries fight against the hunger annually.

In additional, not only financial aid, developed countries can also help poor countries overcome the poverty with different methods. Firstly, developed goverments should encourage and support big companies in their country to put their manufacturing factory at poor countries to create jobs for workers at developing countries. For example, Samsung or Cocacola put their factories at Vietnam created jobs for thousands of workers and increased their living standard. Secondly, developing countries should encorage and support staffs, students from developing countries to come and study at their country. By applying thlearning from developed countries, their knowledge will help their countries to develope in a long term
