The bar graph illustrates the percentage of change of people that were born in and outside Australia between 1995 and 2010. They are classified into three categories namely cities, towns and rural areas.

Overall, in 1999 the people born outside Austraila were more compared to people born inside Australia. Although the people born outside the Australia increased, the people born inside caught up to them. Urban areas have more concentration in both inside and outside of Australia.

Firstly, In 1995 Austrilan cities around 50% had more birth rate compared to rural and town areas, at 20 and about 30% respctively. Fertility rate outside Australia is higher in rural and urban areas but towns outside Australia had lower birth rate about 10%. Birth rate was at 60% in urban and 40% in rural areas oustide Australia.

Secondly, In 2010 fertility rate in Austrailans towns increased to above 60 but wasn't able catch upto the rise of the birth rate in cities outside Austraila at 80%. Whereas, the rural and town areas showed a dip in birthrate. Australian rural birth rates was at just above 15% and towns accounted for the same amount. Fertility outside Australia also diminished to just about 10% and around 5% respectively.

It is generally seen that wealthy countries often contribute financialy to poorer nations, however it does not solve poverty. It is widely believed that other forms of aids are better rather than a giving money to poor countries. I strongly agree that help in other types is benefical then financial aid.

In poor countires, politicians may be corrupted and this leads to wastage of the given money as they will use majority of money for themselves rather than to develop the nation. For instance, many unwealthy nations around the does not show any major development even after receiving funding from major developed countries. As a result, the people such countries suffer more without facilities.

On the other hand, rich nations should offer to bulid the facilities like hospitals and schools, and appoint a trustworthy person to oversee the procedures so as to not waste the investment. Moreover, with imporved medical facilities and eductaional systems the people living in poor nations can have some relaxation. As an example, every year American government sets up medical facilities in African nations to help the natives Africans. Consequently, people will have better living conditions along with better education which can subsequently increase the literacy rate of the nation.

After from that, buliding industries can prove employement oppurtunties which can help the nations in long run. Furthmore, people will have an earning oppurtunities, and with industries comes the migration which can help them to fom cities. As the government imposes tax on the working individuals, this can result in the increase of the national tresaury.

To conclude, It is better to provide help in form building facilities and providing employemnet rather than giving money to poor countries. As these form can help in development of the nation.
