The bar chart below describes some changes about the percentage of people were born in Australia and who were born outside Australia living in urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.

Its known that from 1995 to 2010 a lot of things changed, even though 15 years are a short period of time in human years. For example, in in a recent study of people that were born in Australia and outside Australia in urban, town and rural areas, we notice a decrease in the number of people being born in towns and rural areas in Australia, however, quite the opposite happend in the urban areas, because the number os people born there increased in almost 30%. The same has happend outside Australia, because the charts show the exactly the same result: more people are being born in central areas and less are being born in rural and trown areas.
That phenomenos leeds us to acknowledge that the citys are being loaded by people more and more as the years go by, and that's allarming, because real social issues can take place from these increases in the born rate in city centers.
Task 2

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
Nowadays it's quite normal to see in the press that some countries are giving money to other poorer ones. That happens in some cases as an attempt of helping these poorer countries with the social issues that they go through with, such as hunger, unemployment and many others issues. Theses lendings of money can prove quite helpfull in some cases, but it can be really dangerous in some others, because with the lending of this money, it can come the high interests rates the rich countries may include in the transaction. For that I personally desagree, because in my point of view, those developed countries could provide other kinds of help to the poorer countries, such as lowering taxes for international sales, improving the importation volume of raw materials provenient from those countrie and increasing the investment in infrastructure in those countries that should create new jobs for the population and help circulating the economy. Therefore, by the investment made by the developed countries in new and expanded infrastructure, the poores countries should reestablish their economy, or at least they may have a boost on that, then probably they would be able to return in the investment with the new incomes that the expanded infrastructure provided. However, if these examples of investments, or lowering taxes, or increase in international trades aren't possible and the finantial aid is the only option left, I should be in favor of rich countries lending money to poorer ones, because I always presume that if we can help, we may!
