We can infer from the chart that, most of the people who were born in Australia lived in cities in the year 1995. We can observe a similar trend in the year 2010. We can detect a steady increase in the number of people occupying the rural areas in the year 1995, but the count significantly dropped during the year 2010. No major changes were observed in the number of people who occupied the cities between the year 1995 and 2010.

We can observe a same pattern for the percentage of people who lived in rural areas as well. Also, the proportion of people who inhabited the towns dropped by 10% during the year 1995. When we compare the overall percentage of people who lived in towns and rural areas in the year 1995 and 2010, we can observe a significant drop in the chart in the year 2010. Providing financial help to under-developed nations does not demolish poverty entirely. Thus, the economically sound nations should provide other resources to help these nations become financially stable in the future. This essay agrees that it is more viable to provide useful ressources other than money to help poorer nations revive their financial status, but at the same time ensures long time sustainability which helps them to generate income for a longer period. The developed countries should provide technological resources such as online education platforms and electronic gadgets to these nations, so that, they become well educated professionals. Furthermore, they can setup large scale and small scale industries which caters employment oppurtunities to those people.

Technology and electronic gadgets became an integral part in our day to day life. Thus, providing these resources to the poorer nations will help them to learn about the trending technological innovations happening in the world. This equips them with the knowledge to get job oppurtunities in the IT sector which in turn increases the revenue of the country. A recent survey states that, over 50% of the employment oppurtunites are present in the IT sector and 20% of these oppurtunites are yet to be filled with talented professionals. This can be leveraged by the citizens of under developed nations.

Also, these nations lacks large scale industrial plants which generates a plethora of job oppurtunities. By building industries and factories, we can provide tremendous job opportunities. Men can be employed to do jobs which requires a lot of manual labour and muscle work. Also, employment opportunities for women can be created via small scale industries such as candle manufacturing and shoe making companies. For example, in my cousin's village, there is a government undertaken shoe manufacturing company which employs women who are economically deprived.

In conclusion, providing valuable resources such as commercial manufacturing plants and technological equipments will boost the revenue of poorer nations. It will ensure that they remain stable in the future and also helps them to secure a financially sound position in the world.
