The plans below show how the ground floor of a particular building has changed over time.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The plans depict the transition of a ground floor in a building from an office in 1958, an apartment in 1985 and a flower shop at present.
In 1958, the ground floor was used as an office with 7 different features where the manager's office has the biggest room in it. It was utilised as an office upto 1984.
After being used as an office, the ground floor was turned into an apartment from 1985 to 2000. The apartment features a two bedroom, a large living room and bathroom and a kitchen area where the size is similar to that of the bedrooms.
At present, the ground floor is now a flower shop where it has a 4 rooms. Upon entering the shop, there is a huge area that is alloted for the flowers while there are 4 rooms which is being used as a play area, an office, a gift cards room and a kitchen.

You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Many people no longer read newspapers or watch TV news programmes. Instead they get news about the world from the Internet. Is this a positive or negative development?
You should write at least 250 words.
Rather than reading newspaper or watching TV news programmes, people nowadays prefer to get news on the internet. This essay agrees that this is a positive development because throught internet, it has unlimited resources and can access at anytime.
Internet at present time is the most preferred medium of information by most people due to its unlimited resources through its different applications or media like for example, google and youtube application. Thru this, everyone can search a particular news in a particular time and place. For example, you can read news from UK, US or any parts of the world in google, or you can watch it thru youtube. Thru this, everybody can search a particular news thru different news agency like CNN,BBC, Fro
Accessibility is also the main reason why internet is preferred than newspapers and Televisions. Everyone at the moment has a mobile which is considered a necessity. Thru mobile everybody can access news at anytime they prefer. Specially to those busy persons, they can read or watch news on their preferred time. For example, they can watch it while they are on their breaktime or watch it on the bus on their way home after work as a replay. Compared to that from a TV where in it only airs as real-time.
In conclusion, people prefer internet for reading news rather than newspapers or watching it from TV because of its unlimited resources and accessibility at any given time
