its almost same in 1995 and 2010 that people born in australia are almost same with a little difference but if we talk about the rural and cities there is a major difference in 2010 between people born in australia and outside australia that in 2010 people born in australia in cities and rural areas are exact same and are upto 15% but the peoples outside australia are different that there are less people born in rural areas as compared to the cities

Yes its truth that Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid.

They should help the poorer countries in the form of job vacancies, to call there people to their country for better life style, if the people will earn the money in there country and will send the money to there families back the country will get better, another currency will come in there country it will be beneficial for the country also.

The rich countries should open some production centers in the poorer country and give jobs to the needy people because of this they will find a job and the rich country will get a option to grow more. By doing this poors can get a job and earn some money for there families and make there life good, they can help there childrens to get educated and a good life

The country can also help the poorer country by giving educational scholarships to the needy students so that it will be beneficial for the students to learn and grow and make there country and family proud in the future. By learning and getting educated they can easily live there lifes and help there families to grow.

Countries can open Hospitals and health institutes to help the poor peoples who cant afford to go to the hospitals and by opening free hospitals poor peoples can avail this opportunity and can go there in any emergency situations.
