The bar chart illustrates the percentage of people living in and outside Australia who makes a livelihood in cities, towns, and rural areas between the period of 1995 to 2010.

From the chart, we can see that individuals born in and outside Australia love to live in the cities from 1995 to 2010. In 1995 the second highest was the rural area but in 2010 it was the least favorite for the people.

One of the noticeable facts is that people who were born outside Australia are the ones who live in cities in 1995 it has a difference of 10 percentage points when compared to the people who were born in Australia in 2010 the difference varies from 10 percentage points to 15 percentage points. In Towns, we can see that the people who were born in Australia are 10 percentage points higher in comparison to individuals who were born outside Australia although in 2010 we can observe a slight decrease in people who live in towns in both the people who live in and outside Australia. The very next is the Rural area in 1995 people who were born outside Australia are 10 percentage points greater when compared to the individuals who were born in Australia although in 2010 we can observe a huge slum in the percentage of people in both who were born in and outside Australia.

In summary, cities are the most favorable place for both the people who live in and outside Australia.

We all know that a lot of poor countries are being funded by wealthier countries, but still, they end up in poverty and so the rich countries should not only help them financially but also with other types of help. I strongly agree with this statement it is because the poorer countries would also develop simultaneously.

The financial aid provided by the rich countries is not utilized efficiently by the poverty-hit countries. This is due to a lack of knowledge of money management due to this they end up expending in fields of the area that do not add up to the country's growth before spending money the countries should identify the reason for poverty so that they could spend the money in a way that benefits the country. Other than this the essential part is to know how to develop foreign policies with other countries which eventually help in the development of the country.

The rich countries should help the poorer countries with money management because the cash-rich countries are already developed countries and they have a better and unique way of handling money than the developing counties which are also known as poor countries. The very next one they could help with is in the improvement of the foreign policy as we all know as good the country's foreign policy as great the foreign investments are. Foreign investments in a country play a vital role in the development of that country so developed nations should help them with this. On the other hand, good foreign investments improve the employment status of the country which contributes to the country's growth. Wealthy countries should support the poverty-hit countries on how to keep up with the entrepreneurs which majorly contributes to the country's GDP.

To sum up, If the rich countries really wish to help in the development of poorer countries they have to guide them not only financially but also with essential stratagies.
