The above flowchart shows the consequences of deforestation. The main reason behind the consequence of deforestation is clear cutting of forests. This causes heavy logging equipment which compresses the soil,fewer roots which hold the top soil in, increased risk of burning, plants that return less moisture to air, etc

Due to heavy logging equipment the compressed soil becomes hard and baked which causes the rain water to run off the path. This effects in flooding. Another cause of deforestation is fewer roots which hold the top soil in causes the top soil to erode which invites the Pioneer species to move in and degrade it's vegetation.

One of the reason is increased risk of burning which causes the waste wood from logging to get destroyed. When this waste wood is destroyed micro organisms feed on it which results into the Pioneer species to move in and degrade it's vegetation resulting in less biodiversity.

Another cause is that when plants return less moisture to air it causes less precipitation and increased drought effecting the Pioneer species to move in and degrade the vegetation resulting in less biodiversity.

These were the consequences of deforestation. To prevent deforestation we should stop cutting of forests and build nature.

Yes I agree In many workplaces, online communication is getting more common than meeting face to face but on the another hand I feel like the advantages of this development is not outweighing the disadvantages.

Although there are many advantages of online communication the main disadvantage of online communication is we don't know who's at the end of that communication. Whereas in a meeting which is face to face we can exactly know whom we are talking to and by having a conversation face to face we can also get to know the exact nature of the opposite person and be sure whether to have a deal or not. For example: if there is a meeting for a deal between two people at a cafe at 2pm and one of the person is on time and the other on is late we can see whether the person works on time or not because we have the saying "Time is wealth".

Another advantage of a meeting face to face is that we can judge a person by his/her dressing sense or whether that person is fit for this deal or not and on the other hand in an online communication we cannot judge.

Today in the world full of online communication people don't value the enjoyment of meeting one another. I seriously believe that we should come out of the online world and be a part of physical world where we could help one another grow. The online communication has destroyed the physical world so I firmly am against the idea of online communication.
