The bar chart below describes some changes about the percentage of people were born in Australia and who were born outside Australia living in urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
You should write at least 150 words.

The bar chart shows the percentage of people who were born in Australia or outside Australia and living in urban, rural and town between 1995 and 2010.
Here, it is shown that People born in Australia in 1995 has relatively larger amount than 2010. Also, there is much changes in number in people who born in cities and rural areas in 1995 than 2010. But there is very less changes in those who born in towns in both the areas.
Talking about people born outside Australia, the number just dropped significantally for rural areas in 2010 with a reducing numbers in towns. But people born in cities outside Australia has increased in 2010.
Overall, birth in rural areas is much affected in 2010 for both born in and outside the Australia, it decreased sharply. While in town it decreased at low rate but in cities the number is increased making a positive change.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
A country is said to be rich if they have all the facility provided for their people no one is there uneployed or there is no poverty in that country, meaning all the people there is healthy and happy.
Where as a poor country is where there is poverty, nothing is organized for their people, they are not happy or living a peacful life.
It is often seen that a country which is poor asks help to rich countries to solve their financial problems so that they can keep their people happy. And the rich countries do that but it does not solve their problems.
Poverty is poor country just not get solved by this or we can say only money or financial support from other country is not enough. A country may be poor because of its lack in decision making for people or may be the way of governing of that country is poor or there is no way of organization. So along with the financial support, rich country can give advices on making the use of money, their expenditure, help them in their way of solving the problems and many more task where the other country might be lacking.
Although, financial support is needed but a guidance or advice is also needed for anyone to succed. And those who are on that path will be the best. A poor countries must include them also as a part of committe so that the development of that country will become easier both financially and morally.
