The graph presents the quantity of people who were born in Australia and outside Autralia in terms of cities, town and rural areas between 1995 and 2010.

Overall, the changes in the percentage of people born in Austraia and outside can be seen in all three areas (cities, towns, rural parts). There was a significant decrease in the number of both aboriginal Austalians and foreign-born Australians born in towns and rural areas within 15 years, whereas the quantity of those who were born in cities showed a moderate increase in the given period.

In 1995, around 50% of the people were city-born in Australians and it had reached by 65% by 2010. A significant drop can be noticed in the rural Australians which was 30% in 1995. The town-born and rural Australians slightly deareased below 20% in 2010.

Task 2

You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

You should write at least 250 words.

The affluent countries support poor countries with financial and other types of aids. In fact, poor nations should themselves attempt to cope with the poverty within their internal policy. This essay will give proper reasons why I actually disagree with this point of view.

First and foremost, the geographical and political security of the underdeveloped nation can be harmed if a developed country interferes its poverty problems by solving with financial support. Because, the helping hand can later demand for a refund in various forms such as renting a piece of land for a long time to build their own business or having an external political interesent in the inner system for the purpose of conquering the country loosing its independence. The affluent country actually may provide with employment opportunities for the people of the poor country, but it ensures the benefit of the developed country rather than the poor one by cheap labour emplying the local human capitals and natioanal resources.

Another reason why the poor nation cannot receive the financial support from any developed country is that within its political and economic reforms it should work on a solution to the existing poverty. An instant and permanent help by a developed nation cannot be always provided . The poor nation should fight with the economic situation by creating businesses and workplaces for the unemployed, which will be an educative process for the poor nation not only to live and survive in their country, but also to contribute to their home country's development. Otherwise, they get used to having support which can be followed by laziness and never think about working.

Recapitulating all the bullet points, I woudl like to draw a counclusion that receiving any financial assistance to cope with the problems such as poverty can harm the future of the poor country in terms of its land, independence and population growth. Moreover, the poor nation can never obtain surviving skills as they always expect a help from other people.
