Australia these days has been a developing country with a lot of opportunities. It can be from studying to working in Australia, or even immigrate to Australia for a new life. In fact, the number of people born outside of Australia have been increased since 1995, especially in the city areas, as the cities of Australia provided more opportunities.

However, it doesn't matter if people born in or outside Australia, the population of towns and rural areas have been decreased due to a simple fact that the cities provided more opportunity and lifestyle for people to live in. Furthermore, tourism in Australia usually take places around the big cities, such as Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Melbourne. People aren't too keen to explore the towns and rural areas, as there isn't much itineary to do in those areas.

The weather and climate of Australia is also the factor of the decrease of population in towns and rural areas, as most cities of Australia are located by the coastal areas of Australia, where it's cooler with easy access to the beach. Whilst, it's warmer in the towns and rural areas.

In conclusion, as the cities provided more opportunities than towns and rural areas, Doesn't matter where do the people come from, they will move to the places where they're given more choices in their lives than those in towns and rural areas.

Nowadays, money has been always an international issue where debts are increasingly common. As a saying goes, the rich will get richer, and the poor will get poorer. This emphasizes that no matter how developed your country is as a poor country, you may get any richer, as you'll be relying other countries to help financially, slowly pushing the poor country into debt. Thus, I agree that this does not solve poverty.

I agree that the developed rich countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. In my humble opinion, food is one of the most vital things to a human life. In poor countries, poor people especially from the rural areas will have a harder time to have access to nutritional food. Food is one of the main reasons to motivate the population of any country to develop for the better future. Food is also scarce in the poor countries, so I think the developed countries should start helping the poor countries by giving them access to food.

The rich countries should also contribute giving easier access of clean water, and electricity to the poorer countries, as they're also scarce in poor countries. Water is another vital things to a human life so that the people of the poor countries can stay hydrated, or cleaning themselves. As for electricity, the rural areas of a poor country may not have a stable electricity and is vulnerable to power cuts, disrupting their lifestyle.

In conclusion, I agree that developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid, as there are other types of help that the poor country should need, instead what should the poor country wants. This way, in the near future, the poor country will gradually, and eventually, be turn into a developed country. And once that country is able to sustain itself, financially the help will come to them too.
