In the beginning, I would like to say that the percentages of people born in cities between Australia and outside of it are quite the same between the years 1995 and 2010 around 60 people actually the difference will start now as the number of people born outside of Australia in the year 1995 is less than the people were born in the year 2010 in cities outside of Australia also the people were born in Australia in the year 1995 in towns more than the number of people born in rural areas in Australia in the year 2010 also in 2010 the people born outside of Australia in towns and rural areas were a lot less than the people were born outside Australia in 1995, in the end, I would like to mention that in the year 2010, the people were born in towns and rural areas in Australia it is also the same.

in my opinion, a rich country should not give a poor country any financial aid unless the country it is self asked for it because some countries when they made help other countries do not do it the kind hard they do it by showing off so the public and the media speaks about it also the countries that give another country help the do not give it from their own money they took from the charities money or the tax that they are taking from the public some in some cases there are a few countries are doing these kinds of things in secret and after a poor country is fine they talk about what that country did for their help as an example for developed countries can do other than the financial aid for other countries is providing them such as mid care as sending doctors and nursing team for the urgent cases like a country did for turkey in the last earthquake or scholarships for the students in simple conditions like only visa or a certain stance of English requirements or they could provide the people living in their country more suitable jobs or that kind of monthly help until they can repay it for the government and also I have another opinion why in the first place the poor country help itself and try to make better education and health care for her people with the help of other countries like opening another branch of some famous school in other countries or a hospital or maybe changing the bad people in government that the are taking the money from government and not doing any thing or doing it but with a really cheap matirials.
