The bar chart provides information about the rate of people that were born in Australia and outside Australia living in urban, town and cities between 1995 and 2010.

Overrall, both people born in Australia and outside Australia experienced the upward trend of poeple living in citites, while people born in Australia and outside Australia showed the upward and downward of both people that born in towns and rural areas.

In 1995, people born in and outside Australia have about 45% to 60% of people that living in cities and in 2010 it's rose from 60% to 80%. Throughout 1995 the percentage rate of people living in town and rural area was increased for both poeple born in and outside Australia, but it has some of fluctuation for people born out side Australia.

Throughout of the world, every countries always have the rich and poor country that need to be help, but it's does not always solve the problem every well. Although, it said that developed countries should give different type of help to the poor countries. And to what extend the writer was agree with the idea. In this writing the writer will talk about why develop countries should help the poor countries with different technique, why does it solve the problem and the result.

To start up, giving money to tthe poor does not mean that it will not solve the problem but it's only give a hard choice to do it. In order to, solve the poverty in poor countries we need a develped countries to help the poor countries. As we all know that every developed countries it's all have the stable economic, so they can used there economy system to help the poor countryies by started to invest the money in the poor country like start a business or invest those money in some type of education system like school, library, institube and so on. By investing money in all the those thing it will help poor people a lot because they will have a place to work and earn omey from it and they also get the opportunities to study.

Now let's move on to our next point, why it's solve the problem. Now if we think about it we will understand that invest the money in economy and education system is better because every people they need to earn money in order to do one another thing, so when they have a job, they will earn money from it and they can use those money to develop themselves. So as the education, people need to be educated be cause once they get educated they can used their knowledge to find a job and earn money from it. This are all the reason anout why it does solve the problem.

Lastly, after invested those technique on poorer country it will give a lot of good result, beause when people in the poor got educated they will now how to start a job or business which can help them to earn a money, after earning the money they will used those money to start a new business and develop themselves. Once those people start to develop themselves they will also know to develop their country too.

In sum up, developed countries should give different type of help to the poor country like invest in business, education system, economic. Once develop well the pooe countries will no longer be poor.
