While many people go to university for academic study, more people should be encouraged to do vocational training because there is a lack of qualified workers such as electricians and plumbers. Do you agree or disagree?
You should write at least 250 words.
Yes people should do other vocational training such as plumbing, electrician, welders etc as the society needs such kind of people as well, if everyone will do academic studies then these jobs will go vacant and there the competition will increase in academic jobs such as doctors, lawyers, engineers etc. Every other house hold needs these kind of works every now and then whether it's plumbing or electrical work, if there will be less workers in all these fields then the demand for the workers in this will increase and hence the cost for this work will increase and this will become a load on common people. There are so many countries like Europe, Canada, Gulf and Asia where skilled workers are high in demand, as there are less number of people qualified to do the work so they generate a good amount of income from it. These skills not only helps people but it also makes a country developing as it has all sorts of people to do every kind of work. People with skills like plumbing, welders, electrician, sweepers, etc helps society to fullfill its needs. As our population is growing faster day by day we are in need of the skilled labours as everyone cannot take these vocational training as there are other jobs and fields. People should be encouraged and government should spread awareness regarding taking vocational training, and also people should know the benefits of being a skilled labour so that it can be helpful to make our society a better place to live.
