In the contemporary era, there is a heated arguments about past learning. Few people believe that there is no value of learn in past to present time. I completely discord with this statement. In my discussion ahead, i will examine demerits associated with this trend before it reaches to an appropriate conclusion.
Firstly, there are several inducements associated with this trend, but the prominent reason is in corporate world. In the office, lots of competitions incur in today's era. On that time, experience is play vital role for selection. Furthermore, employees get promotion on the basis of experience. In addition to that, experience person teach few important points to fresher which is require to augment revenue of company. For example, for the survey conducted by USA in job fair, majority of experience choose as higher position on the basis of their learned skill. Hence, this is require to get knowlegde as well as increase skill.
Secondly, another justification is in scientist field. Whereas scientist do lots of efforts only get perfect soluation. Moreover, they spend their most of life for their aim. Due to this, those person will be famous who use their experience to get fruitful result. Furthermore, In india, elder persons who have lots of experience of every things, they teach their younger to respect everyone. Therefore, this is important to use learning and teaching skill in past.
To recapitulate, learning in past is important in today's era. This skill use to get promotion in office as well as to become famous person in world. However, I believe that, the demerits listed in aforementioned paragraphs, it directly reflects that, it is not only unbeneficial to society but local authorities also.

It is believed by some, that getting to know lives of our past predecessors has no meaning for the way we live at the present. This essay completely disagrees with that and believes that learning the history of the past helps people of the present to understand mistakes that was done to avoid them, and it is important to honor achievements and good deeds done by predecessors.
Humanity has done many mistakes in the past and many tragic events occurred such as world wars because of those mistakes. It is important for the modern society to learn and remember those horrible wars and mistakes that led to them, to prevent it happening again. For example, two World Wars are the most tragic and atrocious geopolitical catastrophes in the history of the humanity, that resulted in millions of lives lost from both sides of conflict. That is why, countries that suffered the most from this war, teach their students at school the details of these events for them to understand that war is pointless and to not repeat mistakes of their grandparents.
Moreover, history of the humanity knows many great intellectuals that shaped the flow of the future by their genius scientific discoveries and invention. Modern people should know and honor Alan Turing the man, who invented the computer they use every day and Edward Jenner, who created vaccines that save lives of hundreds of millions of children each year. By understanding how the humanity evolved and developed in the past will help the humanity at the present to modernize faster and reach new peaks at the technological and scientific development.
In conclusion, to learn and honor the lives of people of the past is crucial to the people of the present to avoid their mistakes and develop in scientific and technological fields.
