TASK 2
The rapidly growing population in many countries results in a lack of housing space, especially in larger cities. Some metropolises react to this rising demand by building enormous houses, whereas others address the issue by expanding the living areas more widely. Which is the more beneficial approach and are there possibly any disadvantages?
As a response to the high housing demand, big cities such as Hongkong or New York, have built a lot of so called Skyscrapers, monuments which allow hundreds of inhabitants to live inside due to their gigantic and enormous height. This approach is highly effective in areas where space is limited, therefore a good solution for housing demand in the center of a city. People who live for instance in a five story building can have more social interaction with their neighbors and support each other. Secondly tall buildings are usually less expensive as the rent is split up between more parties. This is beneficial for all people, who could not afford a whole house for themselves - for whatsoever reason. However, these huge buildings lack of personal space for inhabitants and green spaces such as gardens are rarely provided.
Cities and States that don't lack of space more often approach the housing issue by extending the city area and building suburbs that surround it. This has great advantages for both, the population and the environment. It allows people more personal space and moreover provides a safe environment for families with children. Parents might find it more comforting to have their children grow up in a suburban district rather than a skyscraper building, where they cannot control external influences like for example contact with criminals. By stretching out houses over a wider landscape, people are not constantly concentrated in the same area, which eventually could cause traffic pollution to drop. The benefit of improved air is just the first step into improving the environment of big cities.
To conclude, governments of every city should consider individually which solution suits them best by outweighing the benefits and disadvantages of both approaches. Therefore, I refuse to accept one solution as the better one but more think, it is a matter of circumstances that makes one solution more approved.
The bar chart illustrates a comparison of the proportions of total population and global wealth in nine regions of the world. Overall, China reports the largest population followed by equal population proportions in India and Europe. In contrast, North America, Latin America and Caribbean, and those in rich Asia-pacific regions are home to a comparatively smaller amount of people. The opposite of the former is true with regard to global wealth, with North America, Europe and rich Asia-pacific countries accounting to the largest amounts of wealth.
The Chinese population accounts to nearly one-fourth of the total world population. Populations in India and other Asia-pacific countries consist of a little more than 15% each with that of the European population falling slightly behind. The remaining four regions together make up just 30% of the total population, with rich Asia-pacific countries holding the smallest population (5%).
In terms of global wealth, North America amounts to the largest proportion at nearly 35%, followed by Europe and Asia-Pacific (30% and 24% respectively), together accounting to approximately 90% of the global wealth. The distribution of wealth in the remaining 5 regions lie lower than 5%.
The bar charts illustrate the percentages of the world population and the spreading of rich people by region. Overall, the graphs show the majority population is come from Asia region (China and India), while the global wealth are dominated from North Ameria region.
On the global population data, China has a significant proportion of the global population, nearly 25% of the total population, it causes the country stands at the top of the list. In the second place, India gets same proportion with Other Asia Pacific, over 15%, but it slightly high to Europe fourth place, 15%. The least proportion is come from Rich Asia-Pasific, 5% of the total global population.
On the global wealth data, North America is dominated the proportion of the rich people in the world, nearly 35% of the world richest-man is come from this country. It followed by Europe and Rich Asia-Pasific, each region send 30% and almost 25% of the global wealth. On the other hand, on this data, India and Africa send little proportion, around 2% of the global wealth.
With the world population reaching 8 billions this year, short supply in residential has become a major issue in densely parked place like big cities are ovel the globe. Drastic measures are being taken into consderation, one of which is increase the height of infrastructures while other suggest expansion in area of the building. However, my solution to the problem is the combination of these two methods. This essay will focus on why this is the optimum options.
Both of the provided solution will bring more space to a building but there is a maximum limit to how far humanlity could benefited from these two methods. For instance there are in theory almost unlimited space for skyscrapers to grow higher but taller a building is heavier must its base support. And eventually there would be no material strong enough to build a building which able to withstand its own weight.
The same goes for area-focusing method. Even if we maximize how use land, the earth will still run out of place for us to build houses. Expanding a city's territory is unmanageable. In conclusion this method is not a long-term solution.
To reach the highest effeciency applying both method is required. Exmaples can be seen in Japan, one of the most populated city in the world, Tokyo have no option but to invest in proving residential resource. Skyscrapers, wide and tall building can be spot in every conners of the cities.
To sum up, over populated is a common complicated situation faced by every country. We need to solve this puzzle as soon as possible and effectively. And higher building with wider foundation might be the solution we are searching for.

The chart illustrates the comparison between global population and distribution of wealth between 8 regions in the world.
Overall China has the largest population followed by India and Asia Pasefic. Europe too is following the trend comparatively lilltle than the countries mentioned
earlier.
We can see Africa in comparison is much lesser with 10% of population than former. Similarly Latin America and Rich Asia Pasific are on an avearge holding 7- 5 % of population continued by North America.
Noticable point here is the countries holding smaller percentage of population have lower global wealth in comparison.
however North America in contrast has the limited rate of population however graph -wise hold the maximum global wealth percentage. In comparion with population Rich Asia Pacesfic holds a far more better global wealth which s aroung 25 %. In comparison to Europe popultaion and global wealth rate is somewhere crossing each other with popluation rate 15% and global wealth rate 30% which can be matter of interest

The Bar chart illustrates the number of people around the world in relation to assets in various regions of the globe.
All in all, The largest amount of wealth globally is in North America with a low amount of population compared with other continents. On the other hand, China with the greatest percentage of people living on earth has a relatively little amount of wealth.
First, The highest two regions in terms of finance are North America and Europe with almost 35 per cent and 30 per cent of the global wealth respectively comprises nearly 20 per cent of the world's population in total. Moreover, The rich part of Asia with only 5 per cent of the total population possess nearly a quarter of the amount of fortune.
The percentage of the population in India and Africa together nearly equals that of china solely with one-fourth of the people around the globe. Despite that, China has almost as much wealth as Africa and India in total. Finally, Other Asian countries and Latin American and Caribean countries have 15 per cent and about 8 per cent. Although, They have about 10 per cent of the sum of the wealth in combination.
According to this figure, North America has the higher global wealth compared to other countries which is around 35. However, population in North America is not as much as in China. On contrast, China is the populated country among others, and global wealth has the low score in this figure. In conclusion, the best country in terms of the global weath is North America and the worth one is Afric
The reason why China with the highest population has the lowest global wealth, may confirm the teory that populated country in the world could not control and manage the reasonable wealth between their peoples. The best way for improve the global wealth will be decreased the number of peoples.
Housing needs are constantly increasing and many families want to find a place to live. The demand for housing is getting higher and taller buildings would work best for those that need a home. Unfortunately, the current housing process constricts land options which causes more people to be homeless or live in crowded spaces with others.
First, taller buildings would help solve some of the problems our society faces when it comes to housing shortages because they require less space than homes on the ground level do. Taller buildings also tend to be more efficient at conserving resources like water and power in comparison to smaller dwellings since they have more insulation and temperature regulation capability.
Moreover, building houses on a wider area of land can be harmful, too.One of my classmates told me that they heard that if you build houses on a larger area it will disturb the population around there because people would have to move away from their homes and farms. Then they will have less room to live or farm so more people will be living in apartments or homeless.
To sum up, create housing areas by providing taller buildings would be the best solution for the nowadays problem of overpopulation.
Task 2
Nowadays, Living space has become extreme concern for world's overpopulated cities. By building skyscrapers , Accommodation for individuals is developed in regions which are overpopulated. In contrast in some areas huge piece of land is provided for construction of houses. I strongly believe both solutions are viable. In the upcoming paragraphs I will put forth my views in detail.
To embark on, In some countries population in relation with area never goes hand in hand. Few countries are facing problems to accommodate large number of individuals in considerably smaller space. For instance, With respect to survey of reputed journal TOI, disclosed that, If the population of India grows at the same rate, Major cities like Mumbai and Delhi will suffer from drastic overpopulation leaving comparatively few to no places to live. This issue can be resolved only by constructing residential towers.
However, nations which have less population in proportion to their land do not face any difficulty for developing houses on large scale areas. Furthermore, less populated cities have more room for people relocating to there homelands for educational or work purposes. According to research of India Times, People who live in bigger land -spaces have balanced work and personal life than the individuals who stay in compact spaces. To illustrate, Large number of population of Texas have huge houses, they are experiencing better mental state, reported by International psychological development association. Choosing spacious houses over a compact space when available is the best choice.
To conclude, it is apparent that cities make effort to adjust housing of people according to availability of space. Therefore, I support both the solutions.
Graph illustrates about the World population and its relevant wealth distribution from every corner of the World, two Bar graphs are shown for each area of the world.
North America, Europe and Rich Asia-Pacific Countries' Wealth is dramatically highest in the World when compering with their populations, but on other hand situation for China, India, Africa, and other Asia Pacific Countries is reverse. North America`s Wealth is 30% more than its population and on contrary India`s Population is 14% high as its Wealth is only 1%. Same sort of data is given in bar chart for Africa as 10% population versus 1% income. However China`s two bar graph has most difference between its population being 24% and wealth only 3%.
Rich Asia-Pacific countries Global wealth 24% is also competing with Europe`s one (30%). Europe has more population ratio than Asia-Pacific.
World Economic condition can also be seen from this graph.
