- State the reasons for it not being in use.
- Why it is important to leave it open
- Suggest what to do with this place.
Write your answer in minimum 150 words.
Sample Answer:
Dear Sir/Mam,
I am writing this letter in reference to the notice of closing the cafeteria since it is no longer used by the employees.
In this regard, I would like to highlight that the cafeteria used to be a popular place of employees to sit together and chit chat with each other. But since it is not cleaned properly, everyone has started avoiding visiting this place. There is no person appointed for managing cleanliness of the cafeteria and other activities such as maintenance of tables, chairs and the kitchen area. Moreover, the bad odour coming out of the spoiled food is so annoying that one cannot even stand there.
However, as I said earlier, cafeteria is the place where employees used to meet each other for an informal talk, hence it is requested that the cafeteria should not be closed. Canteen at every place creates an environment to refresh our minds from the busy work schedule and a place to share experiences with each other.
I, therefore, request you that rather than closing it, it should be improved and changed so that it could again be a place for a get together.
Yours faithfully,
Rajat Verma
