Dear Marie,
Hope your exams are going well,
I just moved last week to a new house in Mercine. Finally, it is my dream home, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 big hall for guests and parties. The terrace also has all appliances for a barbeque party. The most exciting part is the security system installed in this home, Main door opens via Face ID and I can control all electrical gadgets just from a mobile application installed on my phone.
The building is very nice and has great facilities like a gym and swimming pool. Our neighbour told me that residents organize regular gatherings and parties next to the swimming pool in summer. they seem to be very kind and friendly, I cannot wait to meet them all.
We are also waiting for you to come and visit us once you finish your exams. The extra bedroom is all yours, you will enjoy the amazing view of the lake opposite our building.
See you soon,
Nagham.
Dear Jhon,
Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spirits. I know we have not connected for a long time but i want to share an exciting news with you. I am writing this letter to informed you about the new house we moved in just recently.
Let me start with the structure of the house. It has 3 bedrooms among which one of them is master bedroom with bathroom and the other 2 rooms will be occupied by the kids. I am very much sure you will be exicited when you will see the huge backyard with swimming pool.
As far as the neighbourhood is concerned, it is very friendly and quiet. As the first priority for any person having kids would be the school, we have within a mile from our house. There is also a playgroud for the kids to enjoy in their leisure time.
It would be my pleasure to invite you and your family for this coming long weekend. As our kids have not met with each other before, they can also spend some time together.
Eagerly waiting for your visit this coming long weekend !

Today education is backbone of any country higher the quality of education results in strong and employable work force. Personal school eligible for state funding is a controversial topic of debate. I believe government should not fund private schools in this essay we will discuss the same.
Firstly, Non-Public school are present in almost every city and in every state resulting in higher quality of education compared to public schools as they have limited resources. Private schools charge an exorbitant amount of fees and most of the expenditure is covered from it therefore state funding will result in excessive financial advantage compared to public schools. This will result in higher salaries for staff and best teacher will aspire to work for these schools and might result in vacant positions in public schools creating an imbalance of supply and demand. For instance, teachers from rural areas move to city with an expectation of higher salary which is generally provided by Private school.
Secondly, if government starts funding private school might lead to increase in presence of officials as they will make school accountable for the aid provided. This can lead to interference of educating style and also meddling with curriculum this will result in impact on students and their learnings in addition school staff might have to report to officials which can lead to malpractices and impact over education standards. For example, public school funded by government in the city are subject to major corruption practices such as paper being leaked before exams, content being changed to spread political propaganda.
To conclude, monetary benefit might actually change the landscape of the countries education scenario, but it should be given to the institute of need. Private schools are well equipped to face any financial challenge while public school lack funding. Government should focus on funding public school on priority before moving to public school as it is the need of the hour.
Dear Tom,
I hope you are doing well I am writing this letter to share an exciting personal milestone. I have purchased a new home in downtown Chicago at a very good sale price. I’m very excited for this new journey and can’t wait to show you the new place.
Its very spacious and has 3 bedroom one for me and my wife one for our child and the last one is for the guest. It also comes with all the latest amenities such as 24x7 water supply, fire alarm, modular kitchen, and a balcony where we can host tea parties. All though its located in the hustle bustle of the city people around are very kind and have been accommodating towards us when we first moved in here. We have access to a supermarket, clinic and the downtown metro station making us very convenient to travel for work and around the city.
We would like to invite you to stay with us next month on the weekend it would be fun to have you in our new place. Very excited for you to see our new place hoping you visit us soon.
Best Regards,
Amit Walawalkar

Dear Julia,
Finally I have moved out of my parent's house, they are nice but always treat me like a kid. My new place is a small and cozy flat just 5 minutes walking from the station, which is great for me as you may know I don't have a car license yet. There's a convenience store is just as nearby so I can buy stuff when I don't want to wander too far. my flat is in the 3rd floor of an old building, ancient even, so there's no elevator, I'll see this as a chance to exercise my legs more. The flat is not big, only 1 bedroom and 1 tiny bathroom but that's fine by me since I live with my cat Ginger only. What I love the most is the kitchen with fully equipped appliance and roomy enough for two to move around, you know how I enjoy cooking. And everything is packed with a great price which you won't believe it. I guess you're free this weekend so please come over, we will grab something from a nearby supermarket and make a fine dinner together, We will open a bottle of wine for this particular event. After that we can pay a visit to my neighbors; there's an old couple live next door, they are very nice to me since the day I moved in. The old man invited me to play chess with him while his wife brought me her homemade cookies.
Thank you very much
Warmest regards

Nowadays, non-public schools are growing rapidly in comparison to public institutions due to a lack of money in government schools. That's why I believe that the government should not provide any financial support to private organizations.
Firstly, public schools do not charge as much as commercial schools do, which means anyone can afford government institutions. However, these days, most people prefer private schools because they have a variety of assets for the students' development, such as sports equipment, better teaching staff and fully air-conditioned classrooms. On the other hand, public schools do not have all these things, by reason of less financial backing.
Moreover, in independent educational organizations, students have to dress up according to their religion and many other formalities to do every day, which leads to more racism and discretion. On the other hand, in public schools there are no such kinds of rules and regulations as everyone wears the same uniform. To give a clear example, it has been seen that students must have to wear a turban that belongs to the Sikhism religion in preparatory schools. As government schools have a variety of students from all kinds of religions and races, children learn to give equal respect to all the religions.
To sum up all the facts, I think at this phase public schools really need government funding instead of private sectors. It will increase the number of public schools so that every person can afford one for their children's better future and career.
It is known that private schools are run and owned by private sectors and should not receive funds from the government. Although, it needs to run in accordance to the guidelines of the government policy.
Private schools are profit organizations that earns their funding through their students' tuition fees. Most private educational institutions are run by corporation and some are as family business. As a private sector running its business, they are responsible for their own funding. However, it still requires the support and guidance of the Department of Educations to ensure the quality of education they deliver to their students and to make sure it follows the standards. But the government must prioritize the funding of the public schools to help those kids who cannot afford education.
Government must focus on the development and welfare of the public schools to cater more children. Many of the public schools are still in sub-standard and needs further development as many of our unfortunate kids needs to access free education. Children who study in private institutions are more probably have the capability to afford the luxury of private education. In the Philippines for example, despite of many public schools in every towns and districts, there are still lots of children who do not go to school for various reasons; some find the school is too far from their home; some cannot be accepted as their town school already reach the maximum number of students; and some do not even have school in their area. The government of the Philippines is now building more schools in rural areas especially in the mountain provinces, as well as in some remote islands to accommodate more children and to give good quality of education for free.
To conclude, the government must only guide and support private schools in delivering good quality education but does not need to help in their funding. However, the government must focus on developing and strengthen the existing public education system to cater every less fortunate children who cannot afford private education.
