Overall, The beginning and mature income was higher in Luxembourg while, it was lowest in Australia. However, In Denmark, the highest salary is achieved in shortest time while Japan takes the longest to reach maximum salary.
In Australia, the wage for new joiner is 28000 and it can reach to the maximum of 48000 in 9 years and remains the same even after 15 years. Stipend in Korea and Japan is 2000 and 6000 higher than Australia initially. Then, after 15 years, it extends to 48000 and 65000 and stretches out to 62000 maximal in 34 years and 86000 in 37 years.
Payments in Luxembourg are at the topmost throughout the period. Initially, the earned income for trainees is around 80000, and can get to 119000 in 15 years and most to 132000 in 30 years. Denmark paying 45000 is higher than the other three countries in the earliest. However, there is a minimal increase in income as it takes 8 years to reach maximum 0f 54000 and continues similarly even after 15 years.

In these days, having baby late in life is regarded as a new trend of marriage as they don't want to bear much troubles when they are younger. In my belief, advantages outweigh its demerits. I will lend detailed reasons and effects of this trend.
Firstly, a growing number of people including women are serious about their careers. With huge labour competitions, unemployment and economic crisis, people are more serious about their developments and salary. This is the primary reason many parents are avoiding the childbirth in young age. Secondly, women are more serious about their jobs and responsibilities. Also, nowadays, both the parents are equally responsible to look after the child owing to which they decide to take babies after reaching at certain points in their careers.
Furthermore, people are concerned more about the living expenses as a number of responsibilities come on the parents when the child is born. Today, Education and Healthcare are the most expensive to afford and family should have enough money to bear all those costs. As a result, many decide to postpone the first child.
Additionally, people who concentrate on career development first and then choose to have babies at later stage can take better care of their children due to better economic conditions. However, having child early can escalate the expenditures and financial troubles. Moreover, if they mutually decide the best time to have babies can also help in better relationships and also in better child nourishment.
In conclusion, despite the pleasure of having baby in early years of marriage, people decide to have babies later to focus more on their careers and fulfill financial growths.

Overall, there are diffrence between countries at the begining salary, after 15 years, ultimate and years to reach hightest salary.
It is clear that, luxembourg is the highest income starting wage compared to other countries.Meanwhile Australia is the lowest payroll.
It is evident that, in Australia the number of salary for teachers after 15 years is 48000 same not change while the educator maximum wage after 9 years.Similary, Denmark is income after 16 years with 54000 and years rech maximum salary 54000 also.
It is also evident that income increase after 15 years is likewise for both countries Australia and Korea. By contrast, the number of maximum is different .

It can be exemplified that people can focus more on their careers to have reasonable positions in their jobs. As a consequence, when people are older, they are more willing to have a first child in their lives. Another reason is that many adults still desire to travel to countries around the world. To elaborate, people feel uncomfortable when they have to take their first children to travel together. As a result, grown-up individuals prefer to enjoy their lives with their loved ones before concentrating on giving first birth and taking care of them perfectly.

Consequently, older individuals’ health is likely to weaken significantly if they give their first birth. On the other hand, there are more advantages that would arise. The teachers at Denmark need lowest amount of working period to reach the maximum salary cap of 54,000 which is the second lowest in the given table. Japanese tutors need to work nearly 37 years to reach nearly three times of their salary. Australia has the lowest salary growth among the nations in the list but the teachers need to work only for nine years to reach that level.
