They set expectations in the year 1999, the target is to hit 86% but the reality is only 85%, lower than the target only 1%. They set the target in 2000 same as 1999, but this time, the actual only reach 82%, a huge disapointment and lower than the target 4%. The bus company drop the target to 85% in 2001, the actual nearly hit the target, only lower than the target half a percent. In 2002, they keep the target same as 2001, and the reality only lower than the target 1%. 2003 mark the turning point when the actual higher than the target, nearly reach 85% while th target only 84% and a half. Overview, the highest percentage of sevices ariving on time was the year 1999 with 85%, and the lowest one was 2000 with only 82%.

Secondly, look at the remain chart about number of complaints. 1999 is the first bar in the chart and also the lowest with only about 70. The next year is the disapointed one, the number of complaints reach 100, a huge number, explain why in the year 2000 in the first bar only reach 82%. 2001 decrease with only higher than 2001, the bus company improve the services a bit. But in 2002 the number of complains become higher with more than 100. The service is getting worse and worse, in 2003 the complaints even reach 120.

The serious problem in many school nowadays are the lack of attetion at the lesson of students. There are several reasons why students don't pay enough attention at the teacher and it can cause bad grades and effect to the students future.

Firstly, the children nowadays can easily attracted by anything stunning. Only a butterfly could take the attention of the whole class when it flew into the classroom. Some naughty kids who got their own phone can sneaky use them to play games, to use social media or other personal thing. Some students can talk with each other about the other problem that not related to the lesson. The focus of the child can be in anything attractive.

Secondly, the lack of attention not only by students but also teacher. A boring lesson will never can attract the student. This problem can easily solve by making the lesson more fun with more activities like games that related to the lesson, or more illustration or video about the lesson. Teacher can improve the way their talk, the language can suitable for young people.

Thirdly, I can bring up some solution the solve the problem. The future come with a lot of cool technology stuff. School can bring some of them to increase the attractive of the lesson. Children can easily pay attention with new thing, the school could use it to make student focus on the lesson.

The children nowadays spending too much time on the internet, short video with trash content are attract them more than a lesson to improve their knowledge. I've do a research and found that, trash short video can make the child lose the patient to the long and specifically useful information. School must bring the solution to solve this problem. The children now is the future generation, and with the problem can make the future worse.

Summary, there are many reasons why students find it difficult to concentrate to the lesson, but also many way to make them pay attention at school.
