The charts below show the performance of a bus company in terms of punctuality, both actual and target (what actually happened compared to what the company was trying to achieve), and the number of complaints and passengers.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart depicts the beginning goals and real results of the proportion of picking up travellers on time as well as their feedbacks from 1999s to 2003s.
In overal, it worth noting that both categories showed a fluctuation over the given period. Besides, the number of responses experienced an upward trend reaching the peak in 2003.
Looking at the first chart, 2000s was recorded the least actual quantity of coming on time with 82%, as opposed to that of 1999 with 85%. Moreover, the origin target showed a slight decrease with 84.5% in 2003, 5% lesser than 2002 and 2001. The same percent of target can be seen in 1999s and 2000s.
Regarding about the remaining chart, the highest number of reply was in 2003s with 120.000, followed by 2002. The least number of complains was in 1999s with 70.000, 15.000 and 30.000 lesser than that of 2001s and 2000s respectively.

Many students find it difficult to concentrate or pay attention at school. What are the reasons? What could be done to solve this problem?

The lack of concentration on studying of pupils at school have been always a concerning of teachers and parents. It is easy to see the root cause of this issue is teaching method and the features of children's development.
To begin with, teaching technique is one of the main reason let students to focus on learning. To specify, almost current curriculum at school included heavy knowledges, which let children to lean a lot. However, teachers gradually force children to spoon feeding without designing lively and creative lectures, so students are always in boring and sleepy feeling. Thus, teachers should be encourage to approach lessons effectively.
Secondly, the lack of paying attention at school might be caused by features of growing children. It means that youngers who are under 12 ages are still childish and playful, so studying is not their preference. For instance, it is apparent that pupils in the primary school always need principal staffs to take care of as well as notice them in study since it is hard for them to sitting in one place for 2-3 hours. Therefore, it is important to balance and cordinate between learning and relaxing for children in order to be more productive.
To fully address this problem, there are potential proposals that schools an apply. Firstly, it is significant for teacher to design the lectures in plentiful ways. It means that there are not all knowledges using the same method for teaching, such as leaning math by rotes or staying at class to learn gardening, so teachers have to create suitable lectures in order to inspired students to show their imagination and creation in the fullest way. Besides, school should put the break time into each lesson since children need outdoor activities to release their stress and balance mental and physical health. Thus student can have enough energy and sense of concentration when attend to class.
In conclusion, the lack of attention is an increasing worrying issue. To phenomenon can be traced back to teaching method and feature of children's development. Such actions as designing suitable lectures or adding break time into each lessons must be taken urgently. Otherwise, topic may later grow negative impacts.
