Writing task 1

The graph clearly illustrates and compares incidents and injuries that resulted in 2002 per 100 million PMT.

In summary, the incidents happened by light rail and bus are almost equal though injuries resulted through bus transportation are higher than light rail. The maximum incidents and injuries still demand response. The commuter rail seems the safest among all four transportation types.

Writing task 2

Drugs are the most addictive substances available in the current society. Obtaining drugs illegally by teenagers has been increasing recently. The modern society can have a major influence on the youth according to some sociologists to which I strongly agree.

Firstly, there are a number of drugs available all over the world, both legally and illegally. Making drugs legal can have a negative impact on how society perceives their usage. The major concern is when youth gets addicted to the drugs at an early age affecting their daily routine which includes attending classes, exams and choosing a career or a job.

Secondly, the government has to regulate how drugs can be obtained and for what reasons they are using them for. Parents and Teachers have a major role to play as the youth looks upto them as their role models. It is easy for the youth to fall into the drug trap if parents have the habit. So, the change has to start from the parents.

In conclusion, It is an indiviudual responsibility of how well they choose to lead their lives though the government, parents and teachers have a major role to play.
