Answer

The line graph illustrates the number of forgeiner to three different sectors in a European country between 1987 and 2007.

It is clear that the data of overseas visitors in the mountains was not any changing. Other datas had strong fluctuation.

Data of forgeiner near the coast in 1987 started at 40 thoundsands that slightly decreased to apporximately at 35 thoundsands in 1992. However, this data reached the peak at over 70 thoundsands visitors in 2007. The number of forgeiners in the mountains slightly increased form 20 thoundsands visitors to 30 thoundsands visitors in 1997 and that data readly stabled in 2002 and it a bit went on 35 thoundsands visitors. the visitors in the lakes significantly increased form 10 thoundsands to 40 thoundsands vis

Some countries achieve international sports by building specialised facilities to train top athletes, instead of providing sports facilities that everyone can use. Do you think this is positive or negative development?

Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Answer

Some people regard that some sates achieve international sports by special facilities for professional athletes but they do not build that for citizens .I partly agree with issue .Firstly, the special facilities is help the athletes training better and that state can be has a opportunities to organized the omlympic compettion. If the athletes train good , they can achieve more award for that state. The athlestes need a private space to train because they can not focus on their trainings when they train in communties .Lastly, If the state provdive the special sport facilites for citizen , they can not how to use this and the state do not has maintenance fee for the broken things. However, I have some disagree with this issue. First, the state can provide the cheap sport facilities for citizens beacause some citizens can not afford to train in the gym. Other countries impress your state through the behaviour of the state to the citizen not form your achieve. They build own sport facilities for trainer so that amount of money is spent for that. That state need to develop in other significant sectors such as agriculture, economy, ... To summarize , They need to prioritize for the citizens health and do not spent a lot of money for any special sport facilites for athletes
