In schools, there are many things that school principals need to take into consideration. And it is bullying which is one of the biggest problems. But why do students now become more violent? And how can we tackle this problem? Let's discuss this question deeply.
There are many causes of it. First and for most, it is due to the students themselves. When the students want to express their strength and power, which is common in adolescents, they choose to bully their mates. Moreover, the bullying also takes place once the students fall out with the other ones or have some mental problems like depression. When losing their temper, they will do violent things in school. It makes sense!
Besides, the school violence also happens because of these students' surroundings. How? When students can't share their thoughts and feelings with their families just because they don't care, they will be frustrated and, as a result, bad things will occur. What is more, the pressure from families and another people is also a factor to make bullying more serious. For one thing, once parents force their children to study even though they feel tired, they will get upset and find refreshment in violence.
To ease this problem, there are many kinds of things to do. For students, they need to learn how to control their emotions and actions and how to balance themselves. Also, they have to get on with their mates to avoid arguments and violence. For families, schools and societies, it is necessary for them to listen to students in order that they can give appropriate advice. Also, they should encourage them to express themselves healthily by playing sports, studying in the most comfortable way, etc.
In conclusion, there are many reasons, from both students and their surroundings, to explain why bullying still remains a hard-to-solve problem. So now, we ought to listen and understand each other in order to minimize the the number of bullying in schools.
