The given pictorials illustrate the mechanism and working of propane powered hot air balloon ,there are two diagrams each representing one aspect of the baloon.

Overall, the first diagram points out the important physical features of the hot air balloon , whereas the second one aims to establish the basic foundation on which the balloon works.

We can clearly understand from the first pictorial the basic parts governing the balloon and their function

,such as the basket, which is the sitting area , the parachute valve which opens into a massive size envelope , which is then tied to the basket by a rope . The envelope also have distinct features like gores and panels which help it to inflate. The entirity of this operation is powered by propane cylinder.

The second pictorial on the other hand helps us understand the internal working of the propane powered cylinder. Firstly the propane gas is mixed with air to produce flames , which is then transffered to the envelope where the hot air being lighter travells upward and causes the entire systerm to rise

Schooling plays one of the most important role in developing the mindset and the pychological outlook of a child , but this natural process is nowadays hampered as more and more childern are being the victims of one of the greatest social evil , that is , bullying. This essay will discuss the primary causes for this social problem , and also discuss some viable solution for it .

There has been an unprecedented increase in the number of children being infected with severe trauma , apprehension and stress which in turns becomes the root cause for bullying .Anxiety and stress sometimes force , children especially teenagers to be violent and they try exert physical aggression on others as a means to escape their own mental exhausion , so many a times it seen that the bully is the one who is really riddled with trauma and needs immediate attention. A recent study conducted by the Oxford Universities shows that more than four fifth of the bullies are show signs academics or otherwise realted stress and anxiety. Increase in the use of social media also has acted as a catalyst in increasing the number of bullying related cases .

I believe that this problem can be solved if both parents and educational institution cooperate and take initiative to start compulsory therapy or counselling classes for teenagers and young adults, this can effectively reduced the number of pupils being the victim of bullying , as it would provise the students with a safe place for opening up about their feeling and reduce the mental tension and trauma which many of them expeirence , for instance recently a article in the BBC news that many studies prove that talking to children have a much greater impact as compared to any form of physical punishment.

In conclusion , the recent increase in stress and mental truma is the primary cause of bullying which cannot be improved by punishments like detension but by positive treatments like therapy.
