The given picture illustrates the way of manufacturing avocado oil.
From an overall perspective, the process consists of a number of steps beginning with ingredients on avocado tree and ending with solid waste and delivered to the orchard or dispensed oil into the bottle and delivered to consumers.
As per information, initially, rotten avocado needs to be washed to make sure to eliminate bacteria, after which that avocado is put into the crusher or blender. After being crushed, seeds and skin are delivered to the orchard to grow more trees. Therefore, after being blended, stage 1 centrifuge have a mission to separate liquids or solids in between 45 and 50 degrees Celsius in maximum and solids after separation are delivered to orchards to grow trees as well.
According to the process, liquids contain water and oil, so stage 2 centrifuge is the machine that separates them. Waste water is emissioned, but oil is retained and put into clarified oil via the filter. Finally, avocado oil is dispensed and transferred to consumers.
