I have been accepted to join the Master (Project-Management Program) at your university in summer semester. I am supposed to meet you on Monday morning at 10:00am but your interview contradicts another pre-planned scheduled meeting. I hope you could allow me to attend your interview for the mentioned position at same day but different time.
I have been working with Multi-National Company since 2020. Unfortunately, Meeting has been arranged on 27th –Nov-2020 on Monday at 09:00 am which will contradicts your interview. However, I could wish to join interview at your university on coming Monday morning but I can’t. I understand how it is important for me to finalize my admission at your institute.

Please accept my sincere apologize for inconvenience and I would request you to arrange my interview at some another day. I have been waiting for your earliest response as soon as possible. Beside this let me know it be test or interview and how long the interview might continue.

I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible because I am highly interested to continue my higher studies at your prestigious and prominent university.

In country like India where population is on the increase diseases are also increasing day by day. From age group of 5 to 6 i.e. children are facing the problem of various diseases such as malaria, fever, stomach infections etc.Now as the science is progressing various medicines have been made to deal with the diseases or to have better treatment of such diseases.But it would be better if a law can be made making compulsary for the parents to immune their children or to have vaccines for better protection of their children from diseases.
Recently a  survey was conducted in rural areas where it was found that diseases such as stomach infection,fever or heart diseases to the children or new born baby was more as compared to the urban areas.It was found that most people of rural area were unware about the latest vaccines that have been created for better treatment of such diseases. Many people were even not aware about the latest campaigns that have been launched by the govt for ailment of such diseases.
As in case of achievements in medical sector it has been possible to protect the newly born baby from diseases for instance vaccine has been created to increase the immune system of young child in case of fever for better recovery of the body. Moreover for better treatment of corona disease in case of young child vaccine was created by the govt in the year 2020.Even in 2018 vaccine has been created for better treatment of cancer in case of child for instance the most common therapy for treatment of cancer these days is "DD Ultra scape".Even for treatment of diabeties "Apidra Vial' Vaccine has been created.
It is better if law can be laid down for the parents to immune their child.This will provide better treatment or even better therapy for treatment of disease.It can be possible even for him to have a better life.For instance a recent survey of 2006 in UP state conclude that rule of vaccinating the child for the age group 3 to 7 yrs in case of Polio Vaccine that was launched by the govt was not only successful but also protect the child from various harmful diseases.About 4000 people in a month actually followed that rule.Law can help not only to make people aware about the impt of such vaccines but also make them aware about the fact keeping themselves informed about the latest developments,plans of the govt for better life of the child in case of medical sector.
So a better law is needed in society for making parents to follow the rule of vaccinating their child.Such rule protect can create change in society on the orthodox thinking of not getting vaccinate the child.Govt must laid down the steps to make peope aware about the importance of vaccinating the child and providing him or her
better life in future.

Dear Mr. Smith,
This letter is in reference to the interview for the admission in Post graduate course of Physics in Oxford University.
I will be unable to attend the interview as on 29-8-2023 as i am having appointment for checkup with my doctor because of some health problem i am facing.Since my health is not well i urgently had to take appointment with my doctor today.
I am really sorry for not to be able to attend the interview .But it is possible for me to attend the interview next day on the basis of schedule or timing that you will refer in case if it is possbile.
Kindly please do tell that how long will be the interview and how many tests will be there on the day of interview.
Any other documents that needed to be brought along with education credentials.Kindly please tell about venue and time to be there for the interview.I will be very much thankful to you.

A high percentage of diseases can be prevented through antibiotics, vaccines, or another type of medicine.
All parents have chosen to prevent their kids thrugh getting vaccinated or not,  to do what the law says means to immunize children or not to immunize children.

On the one hand, each of us loves kids and would like for them better future without any diseases. All parents want their kids to grow up with a strong immune system and without any diseases. This means that parents must go to the doctor regularly. Each time if something happens to kids, we should get vaccines, visit doctors in Sceguallu, give them pills, or antibiotecs, 

But on the other hand, all one needs to do is choose, because we are living in democratic country and not in a totalitarium regem like Chaina. All parents know what is best for their kids, and this does not mean that if the Ministry of Health says ok for September, all kids should be immunized with new vaccines. That does not mean parents should take their kids to medical centre care and vaccinate them. Some vaccines are not mach for health, it means that we should find alternative ways to care for children.

I can give an example from my own life, my son has some issues with his body, and not all types of medicine or vaccines mache for him, some of them can kill him. When we immigrate to Canada, I should explain this to our family doctor, and we are trying to care for him in a healthy alternative way.

In conclusion, I would like to say that if you child has a normal immune system and doesn't have any health problems, you have to vaccine them. If kids have some medical problems, parents must care for them in alternative ways, like I said before.

Unfortunately, I can not come at the time you wish because I have a little issue with my time table, my schedule is very busy exactly next Monday when I have appointment. I very sorry about that. I can suggest to make a new appointment on Wednesday, September 26.

First of all, thank you very much for considering my application for the post-graduation study. Let me explain my position for my unavailability. I have joined a private Pharmacy company as an assistant pharmacist. I have been assigned more work at another branch in another city and have to visit that branch as a senior pharmacist to train other employees. Hence I cannot attend this interview on Monday 6th April.
Kindly accept my apology. May I ask you to reschedule the interview for the evening hours on the same day or on the next day? I also would like to complete the interview should I have to appear for any sort of written test?

I am writing to let you know that, i would not be able to participate for the meeting at the college facility. This is because of my recent hospital arrangement with my doctor,of whom has been quite busy. It has been extremetly hectic to have a moment with him. Let me elucidate my actual excuse for my lack of partaking into the conference. Currently, I have been feeling volatile at home. Moreover, this occurs late evenings during my prayer sessions. Meanwhile, my wife is taking shower rather than being close to our prevelant prayer communication. I am in enormous painful situation. Initially, my children had taken a picture of me in grief pain. Although, they would think it was a comic scene. Later, they had been worried and concerned. Unless, our dog barked as hard often. I would have been deleted from the family picture. Nevertheless, my elder sister and family have coalesced to provide massive encouragement. Pardon my lack of absence due to health conditions. Thus, once i will be sorted out. I hope to accclimate to my routine life efforts to be availble. My mom will make a phone call to your secretary often to give any feedback on my status.
Would you kindly, let me know the length of the sessions and important facts. In the same way, provide any information on any evaluation. Whether, they will be any held, so i could mentally assess myself.

I am Shivani Dadhich who has been invited for an interview for studying environmental science in your college on 17 May'2022 at 2pm. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for getting a chance to persue the course and getting selected for the interview.
I would love to come and sit for interview and do not want to miss this great opportunity, however, on the same day I have my final graduation thesis submission.I will be marked by an external examiner who will be one of the members of Board of Directors. I cannot miss the final submission as its my graduation grades which will get hampered and it cannot be re-scheduled for any other day as the date sheet is already set. I really apologies for not able to attend the interview, but, I hope you understand my position too. It will be a huge help if we can re-schedule the interview later some day or later in this evening after 5pm.
Also I have few questions regarding the duration of the interview and do I need to appear for any aptitude/written test during it.
