Sample Answer:

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing this letter to recommend my brother for the job position of computer operator in your company based in London.

I am working as software developer in one of the office branches in Delhi, India. For the last 10 years, I have been working in your company and enjoy my job a lot.

My brother is willing to work on the job role of computer operator. The London office of your company has recently posted an advertisement regarding the vacancy of computer operator. Since I am the employee, I want to refer the name of my brother for this job position who is extremely interested in working on this post.

I am referring my brother’s name for this job since I believe he can be a suitable candidate for this job position. He has 5 years of experience in working as computer operator in the past and is well equipped with all the technicalities as well as skills required to perform this job.

I, therefore, recommend my brother for this job and would request you to interview him.

Yours faithfully,

Adarsh Sharma
