Sample Answer 1 :
Well, this topic reminds me of the summer vacation I had before my third year in college. At that time, I was having my internship in a news agency, as it was kind of a compulsory task for students who majored in journalism, I mean, everyone should have a placement to gain practical experience. Meanwhile, I was taking part in a research project on media studies, which was optional, but I mainly did that to gain extra credits for my future application. So, let me tell you about my typical routines then. I got up rather early to catch the subway to the news press, as it was a bit distant from where I lived. I normally did my readings or background research for the webinars of my research project, which were usually held in the evening, on the train with my laptop in order to save time. My daytime was occupied by chores like running errands for my superiors, finding typos for articles, or editing images. Honestly speaking, I wasn't doing anything complex or important, but time just went on within a blink of an eye. After that, I just had a brief meal for dinner, say, a sandwich, in order to attend the webinar on time to discuss the theme and methods for research with my team members, which lasted for two hours or so on a daily basis. It was clear that why I got my hands full, you know, I was being too ambitious to complete both tasks at one time. When I look back, I found it was pretty tough, but also rewarding, as I didn't have my days wasted.
Sample Answer 2 :
OK, this actually has been quite a while. But it still triggers me whenever I think about it. It took place in the second year of high school, and near the end of this semester, I had a bunch of tasks, which had been assigned by my teachers at the beginning of that semester. Had I worked on them earlier, I wouldn't have had such a busy time. So to some degree, I deserved it.
Basically, I had a couple of things to accomplish. One, my final exams were near, so I needed to prepare for those. Two, I had two presentations for my school subjects, namely English literature and history. Three, I needed a valid IELTS result for my college application. And last but not least. It was almost the due date for filing college applications. Had I not finished any of them, I wouldn't have been accepted to a college. It was a super stressful period of time. I had to get up early and work ten hours straight, and this lasted roughly two weeks. I actually woke up every day before my alarms went off because I got so paranoid about missing them. I have to say I didn't cope with it well enough as I tried to relax by binge eating and my weight went up by 10 kilograms when everything settled, which is apparently not healthy. But it went out well. Honestly, I can't imagine how things would have turned out had it lasted longer.
Part 3:

Sample Answer:
During the exam week, I may be too busy and tired even to think. Tons of deadlines are waiting for me. It's quite torture for someone like me who is reluctant to immerse myself into readings and essays.
Question:What are the advantages and disadvantages when people keep busy?
Sample Answer:
Well, on the bright side, people will probably push themselves to the limit when they have their hands full, so they can fulfill their potential to some extent, like practicing managing time in a better way or arranging things beforehand. Another good point is that being occupied by work or household chores can help you forget your own problems, especially when you are at bottom of your life. On the downside, being busy will definitely deprive you of your regular life, possibly the amount of sleep time will be shrunk and you'll get stressed out both mentally and physically. To make the matter worse, you'll have less time for your family and your own life, which will make you feel pointless about all the toil at the end of the day.
Question:Do you think children should learn through playing games or under pressure?
Sample Answer:
In my view, it would be much better if children have access to learning via gaming. For a start, games have an instant rewarding mechanism that will give kids incentive to keep learning, while learning in a classroom tend to make children passive as they have very little inner motivation. Also, playing games can give children more opportunities to interact with other kids which will boost peer learning and form a democratic atmosphere, which is much more beneficial in the long run compared to being taught by a strict teacher.
Question:What kind of pressure people may experience at work?
Sample Answer:
There's a lot. For new staff, the trial period is definitely a nerve-racking process, as they aspire to win the job position so much that they may get overwrought about every tiny act at work. For in-service staff, one kind of stress they have to bear normally comes from the unreasonable amount of work in order to meet the standard of annual assessment carried out by their superiors. Lastly, for senior staff, their anxiety possibly originates from their fear of being redundant when their companies are downsizing, which is unavoidable when there's an economic downturn.
