The world is all about risking and taking up challenges which seem to be fun for people. From hand-gliding to mountain climbing which are very extreme and can be dangerous to some people and seem fun to the other people.

To start with, taking risks and challenges is a good thing as it boosts your confidence to face and overcome any obstacle that comes in your way. Moreover, it helps to keep you mentally strong and boosts your self esteem and gives you confidence to face even the smallest of smallest risks. In addition to that, you have the ability to take bigger risks and challenges.

However, taking risks can lead to regrets and lower your self-confidence. In addition to that, you are most likely to get physically injured which may lead to losing your life. Consequently, risking your life may make you mentally exhausted and in result may lead to failure of completing the task.

I personally believe that whatever risk you take be mentally prepared to face the consequences whether good or bad. Don't lower your self-confidence if the result is bad, instead take it up as another challenge and keep building up on that.
