We've booked a local disc jockey to supply us music, while my daughter, Eve, a reputable chef will grace us with fine meals. We do not intend to have more than 25-30 people over, so the noise can be managed. I apologize in advance for any inconveniences.

In recent times, the world has often been referred to as technological village. There's an easier way to get things done, thanks to computers. At this point, knowing how to use a one can be considered a basic soft skill. However, some believe that as it pertains to children, the effects of using a computer are more negative than positive. This piece of writing seeks to explore both opinions.

A foremost side effect of computers on children is overexposure. It has double edged downsides. In a recent research, the American Society of Psychologists recorded that 3 in every 10 children end up on the wrong side of the internet. They also recorded that this mostly happens when children spend more time than needed using the computer. Also, the blue light emitted by the computer screen can be damaging to the eyes, especially after prolonged usage.

On the other hand, children have gone on to do mind blowing things as adults, simply because they had early access to computers. Children are receptive and being exposed early makes for better grasping of this basic life skill. Billionaire and tech god, Bill Gates got fascinated with them as a child. Even, some have designed life changing softwares as kids.

In my opinion, the positive effects of computer usage surpass the negative. The negative effects can be managed by proper supervision. Guardians should ensure that children have designated hours to utilize the computer. Also, certain aspects of the computer should be locked to stop children from ending on the wrong divide. We're in a computer age, children shouldn't be sidelined.
