The graph illustrates the population of Japan from the past and also preditcs the future trends. The table below explains what percentage of population were aged 65 years or above.
Firstly, the year 1950 had the least population of 84.1 million out of which 4.9 % were aged 65 years or above. Secondly, the highest population of 127.8 milllion people was recorded in the year 2005, of which 20% were aged 65 or above. Finally, speaking of the future, Japan predicts that the population will decrease after 2015. It is expexted to drop from 125.4 million people to 110 million people in 2035 of which 34% consists of people above 65 years. Japan's projections of population in the year 2055 are almost similar to that of 1950, they are expecting it decreases to 89.9 million people, but the only difference would be that the population of people above 65 is projected to be 41%.
After looking at the graph and the table one can say that Japan's population consisted more of the youth in the past. In contrast to the past, the future population is anticipated to have more of the senior citizen and less of the youth.

Write about the following topic.
Psychologists have known for many years that colour can affect how people feel. For this reason, attention should be given to colour schemes when decorating places such as offices and hospitals.
How true is this statement?
How far does colour influence people’s health and capacity for work?
You should write at least 250 words.

Colours define a person, one can judge a person's mood or personality on the basis of the colours he/ she like. Similarly, colours can affect how a person feels. There are lots of colours associated with multiple emotions like red is considered as the colour of love as well as the colour of rage. It depends on the person's perspective how they interpret the colour and let it affects them.
I strongly believe that colours can affect how people feel. Most of the hospitals are white and have no colourful themes, that is beacuse the patient and their family who are going through tremendous pain and suffering should feel calm and relaxed while entering or looking at the environment of the hospital. But staring into a plain white wall can sometimes drive a person crazy. Therefore, attension should be given to colour scheme when decorating hospitals, it should neither be monotonous nor radiant.
In my opinion a person is more active when the environment they are working in is friendly. An office can become hostlie if a person does not feel comfortable in it. Last year I was completeing my internship at an organisation where I was working as a creative writer. The people there were really niceand welcoming. The only problem I was facing was not able to work and the reason was the tall dull walls surronding me. I used to stare at these walls doing nothing. I used to complete most of my work at home which had a bright and friendly feeling to it.
When you look at a bright yellow you feel happy, when you look at a dark black you feel depressed, similarly other colours depict different feelings. Thus colours can infuenece peolpe's health as well as their work.
