The diagram gives a preview of the steps involved in creating a storage area with the use of a material kown as concrete canvas. It gives us an insight of how the material is manufactured and setup as a storage area.

The process involves a total of 8 steps to make a storage area. First the concrete canvas material needs to be manufactured and then it is delivered to the required destination where it is unwrapped and spread on the ground it is then pumped full of air and is it then watered and let to set for about 24 hours after which it can used for storing.

The concrete canvas is first manufactured, it consists of three layers which are fibrous top surface, dry concrete, waterproof layer. After manufacturing is completed it is delivered to the location where it is unwrapped and spread on the ground with the help of pegs and a rope, it is spread across an area of 10 meters. Then air is pumped into the canvas with help of an airpump to create a bubble out of the canvas, it is then watered and is let to set for 20 to 24 hours after which it can be used as a storage unit.

Women are better leaders then men, this is a belief some people have and in my opinion it is true that women make batter leaders when compared to men and history has proved it to us with great examlpes like Queen Elizabeth of the UK, former Indian prime minister Indira Gandhi and other brave queens who have ruled across the globe.

Generally, women are considered to be tender, kind hearted and caring motherly personalities which are not considered to be a mark of great leaders but these very qualities make women better leaders then men. Women are not only kind hearted and forgiving they are also known to be brave, physically strong and ruthless at sometimes. Consider an example of a country in war a male leader uasually consideres the safety of women and children while a women consideres the safety of the men also with women and children bringing a different perspective to assess the situation and look for a solution.

India for example has seen a number of great female leaders prime among which is our former prime minister Indira Gandhi. She was said to be a daring and bold women following the steps of her father and leading the country to development after independence she's applauded to this date for the bold policies which she amended during her time which bought major reforms in to the country and the people living n the country whilst taking caring of the citizens of the nation she also had to deefend the nation against threats from neighbouring nations in which she was considered to have done a commendable job.

In conclusion, women are better leaders than men because of the various prospects they bring to the table which seems to have a positive effect on their leadership skills.
