The graph illustrates the employment in the years(1995 and 2005) for six different countries(Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, UK, New Zealand and USA). This difference is compared between Male and Female genders and measured in percentages.

Overall, the employment rates on men were dominated across all the countries compared to their counterparts and difference between the genders was a bit large in the year 1995. During 2005 eventough the same scenario was repeated but the difference was less compared to 1995 scenario.

In the year 1995, the difference in employment rates in Australia, Iceland and New Zealand were close to 30%. Remianing countries wereent much of difference. 50% of men were employed and 30% of women had employment(in Australia),50% of men were employed and 30% of women had employment(in Australia), in the genders(in Australia),

Most societies feel competetion among people provide positivity in leading life. Having competition among fellow mates is always good and it makes the indiviual to understand their mistakes and correct themselves during the course of improvement. It is unlikely most people tend to get offended when compared with other people. This essay will discuss the aspect of why people will get offended in the course of competitiveness.

It is always good to have comparsion between other fellow mates in the course of development. This comparsion will often lead to correction of unidentifed mistakes and helps to correct themselves proceed further towards to each achievement. In the past the kids often got compared by their parents at the time of results and this forced them to perform well in the next exams. Thus competitiveness helped the children in the academic performance.

Conversely, most people gets offended when compared with others has it would effect their mental stability over the course of comparsion. This often tends the negative impact during the course of comparsion. In a school when low graded student gets compared to a high ranked one, he tends to get low and he would definitely lose interest in education if this process continues. This kind of comparsion might lead to negative trend.

Thus when comparsion made with large group and the difference with the group is very minor. Then people will tend to improve themselves this would often leads to positive trend of the society. If the comparsion is made between the Highest one and the lowest one then difference is more which would often lead to inferiority complex of person leading to negative trend of the society. When the comparsion is made we should make a healthy one which would always leads to positive aspect.
