You should write at least 150 words.

The given illustration tells us about the amount of five different types of fast foods being consumed in Melbourn. The table throws a light on the consumption of the foods in the past, the present and also a prediction of their consumption in the future.
The information shows that hamburger is the highest consumed fast food, and fried chicken is the second highest consumed. Whereas fried rice and noddles are the least consumed foods.
In the year 2005, 40 units of hamburger is consumed and then we see a fall in the consumption of hamburgers from 40 to 38 units in the present, but a rise in the consumption of hamburgers is predicted in the future. Fried chicken has shown a consitent rise in its consumption from the past to the future. Initially, the consumption of salad in the year 2005 was as low as 5 units but with time the consumption of salads have increased upto 15 units in the present and a rise upto 41 units is predicted in the future. Fried rice and noodles consumption remains low and are expected to reach upto only 9 units in the future.
Hence we can conclude that hamburgers and fried chicken will continue to be highly consumed fast food items. And fried rice and noodles will continue to be the least consumed even in the future.

Many people now undertake extreme activities, from hang-gliding to mountain climbing.
Why do people risk their lives in this way, and do you think this is a good trend?
Give reasons for your answer, and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
You should write at least 250 words.
People tend to do various activities for enjoyment and entertainment purposes. Even if that would include undertaking of extreme activities, from hang-gliding to mountain climbing.
Globally, people risk their lives doing such activities just for fun. I personally feel that this is a good trend, because if such activities are not tried then we humans would just limit ourselves and won't push our boundaries towards exploration.
Technically, there is a risk to our lives all the time. We know that we could meet up with a car accident but we still drive the cars, right? Similarly, if we stop doing all those activities which would bring a risk to our lives, then don't you think that we would be left with very little to do.
I myself love being a part of such activities. I have been deep-sea diving, I have taken part in paragliding, done skydiving, and many more and I do tend to enjoy all these activities. I feel that everyone should try anything that they get to experience once in their lifetime, because life is indeed unpredictable.
I also feel that forcing somone to do an activity is not right, so if someone is not willing then just let them be. Nothing should be done without consent.
I do agree that lives are important, that is why all these life risking activities also have some precaution and a set of rules that we need to follow for our own safety.
While doing these activities, major risks are to those people with certain medical conditions. For this reason, such people are restricted from taking part in such activities by the instructors temselves.
I would just like to conclude by saying that all these life risking activities can be a really good trend, full of fun and enjoyment and adventure if done in the right manner, by following all the rules and the safety tips.
